Juno (inside podski right next to the bar) is likely the best sushi in central Oregon. Since moving out from Denver where we were spoiled with Sushi Den, Juno has been our go-to for excellent quality sushi with creative rolls and many locally sourced ingredients to help make it a little more sustainable. The Oishii and Ohanami rolls are some of our favorites, and our toddler loves the miso soup.Their hours can vary so we typically check their FB page to verify they’re open.

A friend recommended me to go there , the place was not organized, it didn’t look clean and we didn’t even order since we stood there for 10 minutes and they ignored us , then when we approached to ask about the menu they told us to wait in a rude way , so we just went away.

Some of the best sushi in Oregon! A secret hideout in the Podski Taphouse in Bend. Highly recommended.

We lived in hawaii for 7 years and have been missing quality fresh sushi. We have tried a few other spots around town and this is the best sushi we have found here! We ordered ahead and our rolls were served in a timely manner, two at a time to ensure they didn’t get warm from the 95 degree heat outside. Great sushi and service, thanks again!

Michii's great and has consistently made excellent sushi and japanese food over the many years I've known her. Best tips are to order ahead of time via txt and to check in with her regarding special rolls and fish options. This is not fast or cheap sushi, but if you plan ahead and set expectations, you'll always be content.Vegetarian options: One of few spots that regularly features veggie roll specials that are interesting, typically using local/seasonal fare.

We've had great sushi from here a couple of times now. Really recommend the Sicilian roll which is extra spicy tuna if you get a chance. It's actually not that spicy but great flavor
Michi is the real deal. To her, sushi is art and she's an artist! Try to get there around opening so the wait is minimal!

First of all, I have had the sushi before and you can truly tell its made with love and creativity! Always so delicious, but tonight I branched out and I ordered the udon noodles… got to say.. MIND BLOWN! New favorite menu item. Piping hot, fresh grated ginger, and scallion and the best fish broth. I usually don’t like tofu, but incredibly cooked. I feel nourished and content. You guys rock! Thanks again!

Came on a Tuesday evening and waited over an hour for 4 rolls. I wish I could say they were worth it, but unfortunately we left pretty disappointed after $80. Very low-key rolls with mild flavors, and that can really work, if the fish itself is superb and fresh, but this was not. Unfortunately, another Central Oregon sushi fail.*Edit, from 2 stars to 3, since they took the time to respond to my review. I came in on 6/28, so it wasn't the holiday that made the wait. I was told 45 min, but it was far beyond that. And the wait would have been fine, if the sushi had been excellent. Unfortunately, I found the flavors far too muted for the quality of fish served. All respect to the sushi chefs, I know you guys are doing your best. Sadly, it seems to be a trend that the fish quality here in Central Oregon just isn't what I'm used to getting on the west coastline. I was more disappointed in the flavor than by the wait.
