For the last six orders placed for delivery, they all have arrived cold, missing, or wrong. How can it always be cold when the store is located less than a half a mile away. Going in the restaurant itself is fine but CAUTION DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. The only reason I gave two stars is because of the dine-in at the location.

Unbelievably small portion of food. I got the 3 piece tender combo and it would maybe pass as a children’s meal? Even for a child, I don’t believe it would be enough. I’m still waiting for someone to reveal the cameras of the prank show I’m on because I truly cannot believe this.

I ordered a breast and a thigh to go. When I got home, there were 3 small bony pieces. Almost no chicken meat. They were terrible. I get the same order every week. First time for every thing. I will have to think again about going to that place

This KFC store has changed the Original Recipe on their fried chicken. I understand that I am not a KFC expert. But I have been eating at various KFC restaurants all over North America for 56 years. The chicken served to me at this KFC was NOT the Original Recipe I know so well. The texture of the NEW fried chicken is closer to fried chicken purchased at Safeway or WinCo. Also, the meat was not as moist as the Original Recipe from the past. I really missed the seasoning on the old Original Recipe. This NEW Recipe did not have the flavor I know so well. The staff, though friendly, had not a clue what I was talking about. The ignorance stated by the staff actually made me angry. I have been to this KFC twice now with NEW Recipe. Unless I have a craving for Extra Crispy (provided that has not been changed), I will not be going back anytime soon. I am very disappointed in KFC discontinuing the Original Recipe after it has been the bread and butter from the beginning.

The food's good the service was good the price is almost doubled now to get a chicken bowl was $5 before now it's $10 ended up spending almost $40 for a eight-piece chicken and two mashed potato and gravy they said it was because of tarfs but they get their chicken in the US what is scam guess you're just not going to go to KFC ever again their price gouging their customers

It’s been awhile since I’ve had KFC, but I thought they forgot my mashed potatoes thinking they only gave me gravy went back to the restaurant only find out that this is a combination of both what has happened to the portion sizes

Sadly the fries were cold, the biscuits were under baked and the chicken strips were dry and tough. Pretty disappointing.
I should be able to sue you for false advertisement. On TV the new original recipe chicken tender box for $5 at my location here in bend Oregon it 10 freaking dollars. Highway robbery. People can't afford to live here let alone a $5 up charge. Hope they pull this location from bend Oregon. I didn't even eat here i drove a block away to Wendy's where it's affordable
