Not great. Consider when a couple pop out for a bite, they know they will be plopping down thirty or forty bucks. At a minimum. Thanks to $20 an hour minimum wages, businesses have to crank up menu prices to the point of absurdity. Just okay food. Service delivered with no warmth or charm. Ask if you want anything, you say hot sauce. None comes to the table. Ain't nobody got time for this. We should have gone downtown to several of the magical breakfast joints.

Had a to go breakfast two mornings in a row. The service was amazing. They made sure I had everything one would need for a to go meal and were super friendly. I recommend this spot if you want good food and friendly people serving it to you.

The pancakes were very light and fluffy, I loved my waffle. The omelette was HUGE! And the coffee was very tasty

I was surprised it took an hour after ordering to get 4 meals out and no acknowledgement of the long wait to get food. The food was okay.I’m sorry to hear that someone was out due to a family death. That’s terrible to hear and understandable why it was slower service. It is helpful for those waiting for food to know there is going to be an extensive wait for food. It’s definitely happened elsewhere where it’s taken a long time to get our food but we are generally notified it will be a wait and we understand.

Laurie’s daughter was our waitress- she was great! We asked for our meal to be split, and they brought us a very generous portion on two different plates. The value was great, and we really enjoyed ourselves! We will definitely be back again and it’s a great breakfast place in town. Other music available as well but we love our breakfast there.

Went here for Saturday breakfast with a friend.Waited 10min for a table which was not bad at all.Waited almost an hour for 2 eggs and then the toast didn't come put for another 20min. The food was not super great and way way over priced. I paid 5.25 for one peice of toast!?! Literally one slice. The staff was nice enough and they were not crazy busy but seemed to struggle with keeping things going.Over all it was over priced and the service folks were nice but slow and not good overall.

Food was delicious and servings were generous. Our waitress, Ally, accommodated our 9-top with a smile and treated our birthday boy like a king. She was friendly, personable and efficient. 5 stars!

Throw back to the 70's decor mixed with greasy food makes for an interesting dining experience. I found the food to be greasy, the service was minimal and the atmosphere dated. At least you have a topic for conversation once seated.

Dirty, poor service, unhygienic practices, uncomfortable seats We waited in a half full restaurant 15 minutes, just for coffee. And then watched the old lady waitress, pick up dirty glasses with her fingers, and then immediately go over and reset a table with her dirty hands touching the silverware with disgustingly soiled hands. So gross. This is a perfect restaurant if you want to get sick while paying for mediocre service, mediocre food, and in a gross environment.

My family goes to Laurie's at least once a week. The servers all know our regular orders but we do change it up from time to time. My favorite is the Farmers, it comes with coffee, 2 eggs, hash browns and a biscuit with gravy. You can get mamosas or a Bloody Mary if you like.
