Visiting from Seattle area and had to return to this place twice because the food was so good. And a super fun and chill dining atmosphere. Had the cuban sandwich, BLT, nachos, and potato salad. All were amazing. As a relatively new vegan (7 months and counting), I have mostly missed smothered melty nacho plates. And oh my, these nachos were even better than what I've missed! Even my partner remarked, 'wow, I need to eat more vegan.' Worth the stop and definitely our go-to when back in town. Mac and cheese is next on my list. Other food trucks provide tons of variety for other dietary preferences. Thank you!

Such a wonderful surprise to find this vegan food cart in Bend! My partner and I both got the BLT it was so absolutely delicious! One of the best vegan BLTs I’ve had in my 13 years vegan. The woman helping us was so friendly and the atmosphere was casual and lively.

We ordered the St. Louis Style Ribs, the Vegan Cuban and the Tempeh Bacon Ranch Wrap. Everything was a bit too expensive and didn't impress.
Still thankful that they exist. Will always appreciate vegan restaurants/food trucks, but didn't enjoy it enough to hurry back.

Great place! I wish it had more non-mock-meat plant based options like bean patty or veggie patty etc. But still really good and would recommend for someone looking for a vegan place.
Great vegan Mac n cheese, homemade with no oil. Also cashew coconut based ice cream shake. Both were very delicious. This is a food truck with a bunch of other food trucks. Nice tables with shade too. I will be back.

Upon entering the food truck area, we were immediately released by the soothing music playing throughout the nearby seating area. Hubby informed employee of his severe nut allergy and we were happy to learn that the only things that contains nut is their sour cream and peanut butter rub used for their seitan ribz.
After looking at the menu for a few minutes, and seeing the list of ingredients for their vegan mac 'n cheeze sauce, I ordered the St. Louis Style Ribz with mac 'n cheeze and a special vegan Cuban sandwich with kettle chips while hubby ordered the classic mac 'n cheeze with tempeh.
Upon picking up our food, we were impressed by the presentation of the food, the portion size and the combination of flavors. This vegan food cart is a must visit!

I got the b*tchin chicken sandwich and a side of mac n cheese. The food was pretty good, but Im only giving 4 stars since it wasn't incredible. The chicken sandwich eats more like a cafeteria chicken patty versus a chicken cutlet (still yummy just not outstanding). All in all, I would definitely go again. The food truck is located in a sunny food truck pod with lots of seating and a brewery.
