Upon entering the food truck area, we were immediately released by the soothing music playing throughout the nearby seating area. Hubby informed employee of his severe nut allergy and we were happy to learn that the only things that contains nut is their sour cream and peanut butter rub used for their seitan ribz. After looking at the menu for a few minutes, and seeing the list of ingredients for their vegan mac 'n cheeze sauce, I ordered the St. Louis Style Ribz with mac 'n cheeze and a special vegan Cuban sandwich with kettle chips while hubby ordered the classic mac 'n cheeze with tempeh. Upon picking up our food, we were impressed by the presentation of the food, the portion size and the combination of flavors. This vegan food cart is a must visit!

I got the b*tchin chicken sandwich and a side of mac n cheese. The food was pretty good, but Im only giving 4 stars since it wasn't incredible. The chicken sandwich eats more like a cafeteria chicken patty versus a chicken cutlet (still yummy just not outstanding). All in all, I would definitely go again. The food truck is located in a sunny food truck pod with lots of seating and a brewery.

The breakfast Nachos are SOOOO DELICIOUS. I could eat those all day. Also had the BBQ Mac and their ribs and sauce, amazing. Paired with super creamy Mac and cheese.. so good! This place is a must try. #Veganuary

Just when I thought there weren’t any fully vegan options in town, we found this truck. The ribs and Buffalo mac and cheese blew us away!! The pod has a great vibe as well

Our food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the ribz, Mac and cheese, b*tchin chick’n and a chocolate shake. We were very pleased with everything! I usually do not like buffalo sauce, but the slaw that was on the sandwich was a fantastic combination and mellowed the flavor of the buffalo sauce for me and my husband liked the whole sandwich! We will definitely come back here again. The people were also very friendly and even though it was cold, the indoor seating area was comfortable enough to stay and eat. *I forgot to take pictures before we started eating because we were so excited!

The food is very good. Certainly a highlight of our trip. Can recommend the nachos, ribs, bitchin chik'n sando, and the mac and cheese.

Vegetarian options: Everything is actually vegan if I am not mistaken.

There needs to be a bold “VEGAN” sign visible somewhere on the truck. Or put vegan in the name. The brand name is confusing and I could not easily tell that everything made here was vegan.

100% Vegan it seems. I had the Mac and cheese with BBQ bites…it was ok. I then ordered a chocolate shake, which was good.

Really cool location in Midtown yacht club next to multiple other food trucks and a tap house. This place has incredible food where they have house made seitan, house made mac and many other really tasty food. So many great options, we had the ribs which they use their house seitan, the blt, some garlic aoili, a side salad and a raspberry beret milkshake which is raspberry and chocolate. Everything was honestly great and fresh! The only thing better than the food was the service. Elliott was incredibly kind and asked questions of my wife and I and really engaged with us. Next time we're in Bend we're absolutely supporting this local vegan business for the taste and the amazing people who run the truck. Go support local restaurants and businesses, it truly makes a difference!

Don't hesitate, just go.

We went twice within 24 hours while visiting bend. This place is amazing. We tried four different things and they were all incredible. The egg salad, Mac, ribs, nachos and chicken sandwich are all delicious.

So good we went back within 24 hours. The first time we got the buffalo Mac & cheese and the nachos. Both were good but the nachos?? GET THE NACHOS.
Second time we got the bitchin chicken sando with potato salad, and the ribs with Mac. Again, all delicious, but the potato salad really blew us out of the water. Somehow they nailed the eggy flavor in potato salad. This is the kind of vegan food that makes non-vegans think “hmm, this ain’t so bad”! And that is something special.
