I have a very negative experience this morning at Lucy’s Taco Shop. I was in the restroom after eating and observed an employee leaving the bathroom stall. After leaving the stall he quickly rinsed his hands in the sink for about 2 seconds or less. He did not use soap nor did he scrub his hands. I thought, this is gross, is he going back to work after not sufficiently washing his hands? I then observed him go into the kitchen. I will never go there again.

I was really hopeful to go enjoy a taco after arriving in Bend at 9pm after a long drive. The hotel suggested this place because they were open a little later and had margaritas. I ordered 2 tacos, 1 fish, 1 carnitas, guacamole, chips and salsa, and margarita. $33 As I turned around to sit i noticed a FREE chips and salsa bar 🤔 So I asked if this was the chips and salsa I paid for and they said, no it's free. So I said oh then went did you charge me for it and he offered my money back. Then I said but I would still like the guacamole. He said that would be another $1.50 at this point I was confused because I already ordered it.. after sitting down arossed the room. They came up to the counter and called out my tacos, Then they came back up to the counter about 2 minutes later and called out my guacamole, then I went back to sit down a third time and about 2 minutes later, they called out my Margarita. The inconvenience of getting up multiple times to walk across their restaurant to get my food off the counter Instead of just serving it all at once or bringing it out to our table beings we were the only people in the restaurant, seemed really rude and inconvenient. The guacamole was basically mayo with maybe green food coloring... There was nothing avocado about it, it was absolutely disgusting. The tacos were okay. I took a couple bites of each and left them. The meat was disgusting with no flavor and the margarita might have had one shot in it and was the size of a super big gulp with watered down a lemon flavor.
I would never recommend this place or eat there again. Bad food, crap drinks, and not great service.

Second time ive been stolen from. Caught them this time. Just watched the guy run my card twice, pull two receipts. Then I had to ask for my copy. At that point I pulled out my phone. Pulled up two transactions one for my order and another for 13 dollars when i showed him that he was caught he said some words under his breathe printed me my refund reciept. Nickname this place the thieves guild. If I was an idiot I would have been out 40$ for a burrito and a Styrofoam to go box of carne fries. The best part is I have the receipts. How many people does and has this place stolen from. Might need to get lawyers involved..

The food here is terrific! I love the chip bar! The carrots are one of my favorites. Prices are good, food tastes fresh, staff are nice, and the place is clean.

All in all I would go there again. Not the cheapest, but i also dont live in bend and have nothing to compare to price wize. And this is coming from someone who lived in Mexico for a couple years. Wasn't busy when I went during the dinner hour and had food in a timely manner. And good portion sizes also so it's hard to complain. I had shrimp, carnetas, carne asada, and cow tongue tacos. All were good. There's my two cents...

The carnitas looks like dog food. I did not eat it. I'll most likely not return
I used to eat here often when they first opened. They have gone down hill since then. I stopped by there today and noticed the prices have gone up AGAIN!! The quality has definitely diminished all while raising the prices to astronomical levels. I will not be going back.

Was told that the food was good so I ordered to go . Worst burrito I’ve ever had ! Meat was grisly and chewy . It was a tortilla stuffed with French fries and grisly meat . Horrible !!
