Found our new favorite sushi spot! We had pork buns, miso soup, a California roll, and the tempura salmon roll - all delicious. We’ll be back for sure.

Maki Maki is a great little food cart at The Lot. Fresh fish, simple favors, and friendly service. We get the poke bowls and the kids have California / salmon rolls and edamame. Beware the wasabi, it is super hot.

The smallest portions of food compared to proce for this type of cuisine!! I spent $40 here for the same amount of food I would feed my 4 year old nephew. If you want a poke bowl worth its money go to poke row. There you can at least pick your add ins... if you want high quality sushi with good portions and don't want to pay an arm and a leg for it go to Kobe sushi and hibachi grill. Or if you WANT to waste your money and wait 30 minutes for a small, mediocre meal then you should try here!

Consistently fresh fish and wonderful roll combos - some options of gluten free including tamari - they are always friendly and the service is great but it is the very fresh fish that keeps me coming back - best sushi in Central Oregon!

I am a regular customer for years. They always seems to have an issue giving you ginger with the rolls. I ordered 3 rolls tonight to go. The girl does not give you ginger, you have to ask for it. I do not like the rolls without ginger. She gave me one small plastic container of ginger, enough for 1/2 a roll. I tell her I want 3 because I have 3 rolls, paid 46.25. She said NO! only one! I said I need 3 and she said I give you 2, that's all! I said I want 3 and she said that at restaurants ginger is served in 1 bowl. ??? Not sure what that means, considering this is a food truck and I tip them like I am at a restaurant. I told her. I will not be coming back. She finally gave me a third ginger. She totally annoyed me and I won't be returning. Paying restaurant prices from food carts that provide no service and then having to demand ginger for a roll is absurd. Their rolls are Ok if you have ginger.

Was not impressed! I ended up not finishing what I ordered because it didn’t taste good at all! I would not recommend, there are so many other great sushi places in bend. The area where this food truck is located is super cool though and my friends ordered some food from the other trucks and it all looked delicious. I made a great mistake ordering from the sushi truck.
