This review is long overdue! I've been getting my lunch there 5 days a week since March of 2020. Never have I been disappointed! Joaquin and Jade have created an outstanding establishment with consistently delicious and healthy food with generous portions all at more than fair prices. You won't find a sweeter, more friendly person at any front counter than Jax. My daily lunch experience couldn't get any better. In fact, the entire crew that's been preparing my lunch for years have earned my enthusiastic thanks! Today is their last day at their current location next to Humm Kombucha. The locals at their new location next to Van Henion Brewing are in for a real treat starting Tuesday. I'm sure many will become daily fans as I have. Good luck to Manzanita Grill and all the crew. I look forward to continuing my relationship with you at your new digs! I'm especially looking forward to lunch today. Fajitas, I think!!

One of the best food carts in Central Oregon. Their Nashville chicken Sliders are you die for and an absolute must try! Several times I've popped in I've seen 1st responders (fure and anbulance/medics alike) picking up food from there. If those folks are return customers, ya KNOW it's great! Just a heads up, very soon they will be moving to a new location from 2nd street where they are now, so check Facebook or Instagram and such to make sure you're headed to the right spot. The new local is over off Empire Ave I believe?
This place blew my expectations out of the water. We were stopping by in Bend and this place had some great reviews. But wow. The reviews did NOT LIE. I ordered the Hot Berry chicken sandwich with blackberry jalapeños hot honey, and that was thee greatest chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Their fries were crunchy and the seasoning was perfect. Their fry sauce had a little twist in it. Overall a 10/10 and the person taking our order was amazingly helpful and cheerful so it made us excited to eat. My buddy got the Philly and said it was the greatest Philly he ever had. Highly recommend to everyone!

I hit this food truck up every time I visit from Canada! I have dreams about the Nashville chicken sliders! The fries are always well seasoned and tasty, too! My partner had the west coast rueben sandwiches and bbq beans and very much enjoyed them as well. The food truck scene in Bend is next to none, in my opinion. This truck sits all by it's lonesome so you have to go specifically to eat here. You will not be disappointed!!
Incredible tacos and sandwiches. Full of flavor and full size, not your traditional little street tacos. Friendly quick service, seating outside or inside Humm. Can't wait to go back!

I paid $5.50 for a single shrimp taco that had 3 small shrimp!!! The shrimp didn't even cover the whole tortilla. Good taste but small portions if you get shrimp. My other taco has plenty of meat and was good ..... But no more shrimp for me
Make sure that Van Henion is open unless you want to eat outside
