I want to start by saying that this is a fast food chain, and I understand that expectations should be reasonable. So take this review at face value and use your best judgment.
We have seven kids, so McDonald’s is a place we visit from time to time. This time, only one of our kids wanted McDonald’s, and we decided to use the app to redeem a free 6-piece kids’ meal. The app specifically stated that this was an eligible item, but when we tried to order, the employee told us we weren’t allowed to get it.
I politely asked him to check the app, as it clearly showed the item was eligible. He was short and dismissive, saying he had no control over it. When I waited with my phone to show him, he finally glanced at it, rolled his eyes, and told me to “take it up with a manager” in a very rude tone. When I agreed and asked for the manager, he seemed even more frustrated—despite just telling me to do exactly that.
Thankfully, when the manager arrived, she was polite, professional, and immediately fixed the issue without hesitation. While I appreciate the manager’s help, the experience was frustrating. I always try to be kind and respectful, knowing that working in fast food can be stressful. However, being met with unnecessary rudeness—especially when I was just trying to clarify something—made the whole situation more difficult than it needed to be.

Google says 24 hours, app says 24 hours and yet they're closed but kept lights on and order menus on🙄 dumbasses should maybe update hours on Google and the McDonald's app🤷♂️🤦♂️🙄

Went in there today. Homeless people all over. One homeless person following us around trying to get involved in our conversation and kept calling us her friend. Made my sister and I feel VERY uncomfortable. The worst was the person sitting at another table across from us in plain view of everyone that opened up a can of wine and proceeded to drink it. This blew my mind. I looked at the can very carefully because I could not beleive what I was seeing. My sister saw it too. I was not aware that McDonald's had a beer and wine license. We will no longer be coming to this particular store as this is the second bad experience we have had with the homeless harassing us. Not to mention they are allowing people to drink alcohol there now. We will just go to the one in Redmond. No problem ever at that location.

This review has been a longtime coming.
During regular lunch hours, it's almost impossible for the staff to get orders correctly to customers and the people skills are awful.....
It's unfortunate to leave only 2 ⭐️ because evening hours are always great, employees are awesome, and orders are always accurate.

Came just after 5AM on Christmas morning after dropping family off at the airport. App said it was open, took my order and "started prepping" my food which made me unable to cancel. I waited over 20 mins for someone to potentially show up/open the doors but to no avail. I'm unsure of how this happens. The restaurants shouldn't be able to auto accept orders when nobody is there.
I was there today December 13th I literally just left 2 days in a row you've gotten my order wrong 2 days in a row you've harassed me when you mess up my order the girl work in drive-thru has a little attitude and the manager just sat there and didn't do anything very disappointed with this McDonald's when I thought it was getting better

Ordered a QPC w/o ketchup or pickles but add lettuce…guess what my QPC ONLY HAD? That’s right, ketchup and pickles. The label clearly (maybe not so much) says ONLY onion ONLY mustard. Not to mention we waited a few minutes at the window for this completely incorrect order.
