Well for starters there order kiosk don’t work , won’t accept payment, no receipt paper. Took 10 minutes to get help dispute it being slow. Ordered a bacon double quarter ponder and there was no bacon and the pattys were black and dry. Super disappointed

We recently moved to this side of town & have been coming on tuesday evenings for the $5 Big Mac special. It’s always good & the employees are always super nice. I went today and found out that they changed the special & it ends at 1:00pm. Ugh it sucks. It was nice to have a cheap meal at least once a week. Kinda disappointed they changed it.

Ordered online @1:49 pm and the order wasn't ready till 2:12pm. What's the point in having the app McDonalds?
The Summer Break hires here are very disrespectful and make transactions awkward and unpleasant. Today a young man with long dark hair with purple highlights and facial/ nose piercings opened the window and shoved the food in my hands without saying a word. I only received a partial amount of my order. He came back some time later and must have not been paying much attention and tried to give me someone else’s order. I was just waiting for my ice cream. The person taking the orders at the first window was very nice and professional but I was very much not appreciative of the service at the second window. That young man needs training on soft people skills or just please do better.

We ordered, zipped right up and paid and drove to the next window and were happily handed our meal. Correct! All smiles and friendly staff. The drive through experience was like 15 seconds, truly. But all correct and we never felt rushed. Great team. Good branch.
