This McDonald’s is terrible, it takes 30+ minutes to get through the drive through and you get what you ordered MAYBE 1/10 times. 90% of the time you don’t get half of your order or they just give you something completely different.

This has to be one of the worst McDonalds in all of Oregon. It seems every time I visit this location, something is always wrong. The service is very slow and/or the food quality is quite poor. This is a poor representation of the McDonalds brand. I will not be returning to this location.

iSeries Fixer

This locations parking lot is hard to get around in. It very small and if there is a long pickup line it is very difficult to get out of your parking spot.

Ordered through Door Dash. Night crew mainly is to blame here. 8/10 there is always, I mean always, something not right with the order. On this particular order, the sauces that were ordered with McNuggets were not included. No salt was ordered on fries, and sure enough fries were salted and soggy. It is pretty disappointing that this happens on a regular basis, I understand that this is a franchise, but it does hurt the brand as a whole.

Went through the drive-thru today and got some very over done chicken tenders. (I guarantee these sat on the warmer for hours) There was also hair on them .
I specifically asked for fresh and didn't get that. I tried leaving a complaint via customer service, but I didn't have a restaurant # because they also failed to give me the receipt I asked for. I must share these photos, because this is unacceptable. Absolutely gross.

Pulled in at 11:55 speaker asks if its a mobile order, i say no, kid says one second. Then leaves for 10 minutes just for a woman to come back and tell me your closed... Just say that? Why am i waiting? Why are the lights menus and speakers on?

ordered online and specifically asked and paid for 3 extra sweet and sour sauces. had a horrible day and just wanted some decent food and they left out the sauce which kinda ruined the whole meal :/ fries were soggy and cold too

This Mc Donald's has great customer service an food was hot an was delicious we had the big breakfast an my first frappe was awesome looked like advertising 😋
I would definitely go to this Mc Donald's again

DO NOT order DoorDash delivery from this McDonald’s because they will forget items from your order EVERY SINGLE TIME. Whether it’s drinks or straws or burgers themselves, you’re always gonna be pissed off.

My order was entirely incorrect, so I went inside to correct the issue and use the restroom. I was immediately disgusted. Clearly putting code locks on the bathrooms are working. It was so unsanitary in the restaurant that I left my food and walked out. Maybe if the employee's were busy working and not playing on there phones they would have more time to do there jobs.

Bad night for one worker: after a 12h shift delivering packages, i had no enrrgy left, just wanted something warm to eat and was too tired/falling asleep standing up to do anythong else but get mcd's and get home.

Ended up getting all cold food! Burger and fries sat there too long, and the apple pie wasnt even warmed up.

Nor did i bother asking for a refund on the second apple pie i ordered but did not recieve correction on the bill...
