waited 30 mins for food, when food was received the wrong burger was placed in the bag, hair (looooong hair) was found in a separate sandwich and all of the food was sloppily put together and cold. an unfortunate experience here.

night shift needs to get their stuff together. every time i’ve eaten here during the day, the food is decent, hot, and “fresh”.. but late night mcdonald’s runs are a HUGE let down. food is overly greasy, tasteless, the meat is like warm at best, and the buns are hard as rocks. they keep their food in the warmers way too long so they don’t have to make it fresh. someone needs to make some changes, as this mcdonald’s was doing better for a while, but has returned to the old, unsatisfactory meal. i will be going to taco bell next time i have a late night craving ? ?

It's super sweet when you are allergic to onions and you order a double quarter pounder with no pickle and onions and you get a quarter pounder with a pile of onions and pickles. Spending money on food to throw away is great.Teenagers doing a job is hard i guess.

NOT RECOMMENDED!I open the app. It takes minutes to load. Go to the deals app. Opened when I'm in the drive thru. So I'm sitting there. Find the deal I want. It's only on the mobile app, so I pay online. Code finally loads. Managers says ok and put her hand out for the money. I tell her my credit card paid it, she tells me it didn't complete I need you to pay me. I've been scammed at McDonald's before. So I refuse to give her the money knowing I won't get it back from corporate.

Didn’t get half of the food I ordered when I tried to speak to someone regarding the mistake everyone was ignoring me, when I was finally able to talk to the manager she stated “if you don’t like it go eat somewhere else.” Horrible costumer service.

It's kind of fun ordering here. I don't think in 3 years of going to this location has my order ever been right. So you just role some dice at the menu and hope you come out on top. Oder a Carmel latte, you get black coffee. Order a hamburger you get a chicken sandwich. At a certain point I stopped ordering what I wanted just to see if I actually got what I would've liked. If you like to gamble just stop in at the east side McDonald's and get your fix.
Please don't touch the coffee lid you're serving to a drive thru customer. Especially if you wear so much cologne that it gets on your fingers and transfers to the lid and ends up in my mouth.

After working a 16 hour day I went thru the drive thru. Was greeted and the guy working stated that if I wasn’t getting a door dash order I could not be served because he was on break and that his coworkers didn’t speak English . So I ask since the store was open why couldn’t I place an order and again was told because he was on break . As I left the drive thru I saw him standing at his car with what looked like a few friends and they all were laughing . Very unprofessional as a business to treat there customers in such a way. Very unhappy concidering I had worked a 16 hour day with no meals or a decent break .
