I came in with another friend while we were passing through Bend on an Oregon trip, we came around 3 pm so it wasn't very busy, which gave us time to look over the menu! We were immediately greeted by a few of the employees, they were very nice, I didn't catch their names though. They asked us if we were first timers and gave a run down of their menu, asked us if we wanted to sit and look over the menu and brought us fresh fried potato chips while we decided what to eat! Very nice of them. We ordered the Briqueso and the pizza sandwiches. The Briqueso was my favorite! Full of veggies and flavor, the pizza was very yummy too, I just preferred the veggies at the time. The woman who served us too also gave us one of their dips for free for the chips since it was our first time there. We also ordered their mac and cheese, very delicious. That was very kind and it was very delicious. Whenever I'm in Bend next, I'll be bringing everybody with me here again! Very nice, very yummy, great service, great food! If you're an ooey gooey cheesy fanatic this place is amaaaazing.

Overall, the food was good. Several of the sandwiches, however, had too much of some ingredients and not enough of others - as if they were hastily made. One of the guests in our group tossed almost their entire sandwich because it was drowning in pesto.Also, the menu isn't real clear. Turns out you can add and subtract any ingredients you wish; you don't have to order exactly as shown. Meal-type options are also available (such as an entree, side, & a drink), but not really shown on the menu. I had to ask.We will definitely give it another chance, as they came highly recommended, although the recomendee was actually with us, and was disappointed in their meal also.Parking: Located in an outdoor mall, so you have to walk a bit to get to the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: This location is wheelchair accessible.
This is comfort food!! Best Reuben ive ever had! The food is made fresh..The homemade chips are AMAZING! Great food and great service...you wont leave hungry!

My first impression was a bit underwhelming. The eating area is small and simply furnished. While waiting to order, you can sample the chips a dipping sauces. You order at a counter and pay for your food. You are given drink cups and a number sign for your table. Drinks are from a self-service station. Depending on how busy, you can pick up your food when your number is called or the food is delivered to your table. We have eaten here a few times. I have tried three sandwiches: American Oozie!, Cubano, and Rooben Evolooshon (minus kraut). The sandwiches are so good that I have already picked out my next sandwich. I like to pair a half sandwich with their excellent soup. The house made chips are nicely crisp. Made even better when paired with their dipping sauces. The people are very helpful and provide excellent service. We will be back often.
