When ordering online I am able to quickly get help from a real person in their office and if any problems arise they are super quick to help solve the problem. The chai from here is the BEST chai i've ever had hands down. At an old barista job i had we ended up using the metolius chai and even now 3 years later i have not tasted a chai that lives up to the bar this chai has set. Its the perfect mix of sweet and spicy that i crave from a chai.
At that same job we had gotten a taster kit that also included the tumeric gold latte and at first i had been sceptical but oooooh my god it was delicious and i was so sad that we didnt end up getting that to serve at the cafe too.
I finally ended up getting both for myself recently to satisfy my chai craving that other chais havent done yet and im so incredibly excited. The order came quickly, was packaged nicely, and even came with a free sticker and a little bag of the tumeric ginger tea which i cant wait to try! Something that made me happy was a little hand written thank you note on the shipping label inside from Sara! It was very cute, thank you Sara and everyone else at metolius tea for the wonderful product?

Thee BEST tea I have ever had in three decades of drinking multiple cups daily! Recently, I added the Matcha Latte powder to my order and it is AMAZING!!!!! Green tea and my body have a very jittery and tense relationship. However, the Matcha is not only DELICIOUS (1 tsp/serving for me), but it also does not make me feel physically agitated. They were once sold out of an item I wanted to order online, and upon emailing them, they added more stock to the site right away. Amazing customer service! A handful of years ago I used to work at a bakery in Hood River that carries Metolius Chai. Since then I have been hooked! My morning beverage consists of a Nespresso espresso shot, 1/4 cup of almond milk over ice and a good splash of liquid chai from Metolius. The BEST iced dirty chai. Every time I have friends or family stay over, they request my iced dirty chai in the morning. Always a treat! ?

The BEST tea’s I have EVER had in my 45 years of existence!!!! I have been an avid tea drinker for 30+ years now. I am extremely particular about the tea’s that I drink. I was gifted a Metolius Tea sampler a few weeks ago and I have not stopped raving about them since. They are my #1 brand now. I, literally, feel like I am drinking a health elixir with every type, whether it is herbal or caffeinated. I had to stop drinking delicious green and black tea’s, as they were making me tense and agitated. However, I have had ZERO issues with the green and black tea’s from Metolius! I am so excited to be able to enjoy the delights of them again. You will not regret a purchase from this crew.
