Not only are their products amazing, but their customer service is top tier! Metolius Chai is some of my absolute favorite chai and I am lucky enough to own a business that serves their product. When ordering online I am able to quickly get help from a real person in their office and if any problems arise they are super quick to help solve the problem. I cannot praise Metolius any more for their high quality products and even higher quality customer care and support!
