I ordered 2 entree salads, cheesy bread and a dessert through Uber Eats. One salad was a mini instead of an entree and the lettuce was disgusting and the 2nd salad also had gross lettuce, so we threw them both out due to them being inedible.We contacted Uber Eats about this issue and they refused to refund us. Now we have to dispute part of the total cost with our credit union, to try and get the money back for the 2 salads. Needless to say, we are not happy about having to do so and will NOT be ordering from Uber Eats or Mod Pizza again.Which is a shame because we haven't had a bad order from Mod Fresh before and loved their salads. All it takes is one bad experience for me, when it comes to food and I will not go back to a restaurant. Quality is super important and they missed the mark this time.

So mod pizza is my favorite because it is one size but with as much toppings as you want. The staff seem to get frustrated but my pizza generally looks like a cake and then it is fire cooked right in front of you. Only takes 5-10 min for a couple pizzas to be filled cooked. There food was great, well done, staff was a good sport for creating this masterpiece.

Great staff, decently consistent on pizza making (sometimes you'll have a stingy worker) and if you've got your recipe right, it'll always be a win. Great prices too since I always have leftoversVegetarian options: You can make your own pizza so obviously just don't pick meat

I was waiting in line to order my usual Jasper with extra cheese when the woman in front of me started talking in an extremely condescending tone to an employee that made an honest mistake. She tried to humiliate him, despite all of this he calmly responded with “let me make a new one for you” and smiled.To that woman: This is why your kids don’t talk to you at all.To the server: You are awesome and you deserve a raise for how you handled that. I can honestly say that would have been a point where I got fired for saying something inappropriate in response.Now for the review; normally some of the pizzas have a small amount of cheese, this is consistent across all of the stores. But as usual the pizza was just what I wanted and always comes out perfect.The store is clean and the tables are not sticky which is always a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is always friendly and inviting. The staff are always so kind and willing to make awkward small talk with me (I’m awkward not them).

mods largest pizza is $3 more than pizza huts but about half the size. each of my palm sized slices had one piece of pepperoni on it and three or four balls of beef. the pepperoni tastes like lunchbales and the dough has a very strong flour taste. they burnt a third of my crust dark brown and hard. and the crust is quite tough my jaw was done before I was full. their tiny bottled drinks are almost $4. and not cold. they store them in like an open shelf thing. not sure if this is related but I had the worst stomach ache about two hours after I ate at mod. not even remotely considering a second shot in case there was a new cook. it's clear this is kind of scam pizza.

I have so much fun perfecting perfect pizza - cauliflower crust is actually crispy and good, I've tried a few brands of cauliflower crusts and MOD's if def the best.
Fast service, good prices, fairly decent crispy thin crust, vegan cheese and a faux meat topping option, very friendly staff. They also have several tea drinks in addition to a soda fountain. Salads are also offered including build your own. One of the most affordable pizza places in bend.
