We’ve been long-time happy (vegan) customers, but this month MOD unexpectedly surprised us with even more vegan options, especially their new buffalo jalapeño pizza. It was delicious the first time I tried it, but whoever made it today truly nailed it! I always get the mega dough, and it was extra fluffy this time. The bottom of the pizza was perfectly crisp, too. I couldn’t even wait to take a bite. It was so good it inspired me to write this review.

I showed up to get my pickup order and went inside at the time it said it would be ready. I walked in and got no greeting or acknowledgment from any of the staff. I walk over and stood in front of the pickup counter and it takes 12 minutes before someone even speaks to me. This whole time they’re coming up to the counter to box pizzas and whatnot, calling out orders so I thought maybe it wasn’t ready yet which is why I didn’t say anything. But I also don’t believe I should have to. I work in the restaurant industry and acknowledging customers should be the bare minimum, especially after I stood there for over 10 minutes. On top of this, I asked for extra toppings and extra cheese and it looks like they gave me even less than what the normal serving would be. There’s barely anything on the pizza after I asked for extra. Will never be coming to this MOD again.

Definitely no complaints about the location. Pizza was ready and handed to me within 30 seconds(4 minutes before estimated time) cooked well, nice and crispy!

Good food, noisy bad atmosphere but worse service. Staff was all teenagers who were more interested in their social circle than they were in helping customers. When we walked in, they made eye contact but nobody greeted us. I walked up to order our pizza, and they kept talking with themselves for a good minute or two before we got helped. They were running the place fine as far as making the food, but they were very, very wrapped up in their social situation.

Placed an online order through door dash. Ordered the standard Mad Dog pizza as I have many times on an extra thick crush and received less toppings on a pizza than I have ever seen. Could only taste dough and can’t imagine anyone who made this would have done the same for themselves. Maybe because I wasn’t there to watch they figured they would save on food cost? I will never go back as a result and have had much better pizza than this everywhere, complete indifference to the customer.

Love Mod pizza - the food was wonderful as always but the music was so loud we had to yell to talk to each other across the table from one another.
Placed a pick up order and upon arrival there were 3 employees working in the front and waited about 5 minutes for them to assist me. Only 1 other customer in the store at the time. The young man that was sweeping and picking up trash off the floor finally asked my name for the order. Then proceeded to grab my pizza boxes without washing his hands before handling my food items. When I got home there were several items missing off the pizza and the ingredients didn’t taste as fresh like they used too. Very disappointed and sadly will not be returning.

Great experience. The food was great! The gal with the glasses and braided hair did well and took care of my two boys and I. Definitely worth the experience. Absolutely would visit again. Top notch experience!

I want to start with Andrew was very helpful and nice. Other team members were clearly annoyed with me for wanting extra toppings on my “unlimited” pizza. Also, the pizza had a sour taste that I couldn’t figure out, so fingers crossed for my evening lol. Still love Mod, but probably going to visit other locations in the future.
