Love Mod pizza - the food was wonderful as always but the music was so loud we had to yell to talk to each other across the table from one another.

Placed a pick up order and upon arrival there were 3 employees working in the front and waited about 5 minutes for them to assist me. Only 1 other customer in the store at the time. The young man that was sweeping and picking up trash off the floor finally asked my name for the order. Then proceeded to grab my pizza boxes without washing his hands before handling my food items. When I got home there were several items missing off the pizza and the ingredients didn’t taste as fresh like they used too. Very disappointed and sadly will not be returning.

Great experience. The food was great! The gal with the glasses and braided hair did well and took care of my two boys and I. Definitely worth the experience. Absolutely would visit again. Top notch experience!

I want to start with Andrew was very helpful and nice. Other team members were clearly annoyed with me for wanting extra toppings on my “unlimited” pizza. Also, the pizza had a sour taste that I couldn’t figure out, so fingers crossed for my evening lol. Still love Mod, but probably going to visit other locations in the future.

I used to come here all the time and was always satisfied with the service and food. The girl with braids and glasses was always awesome and kind. I never like to leave negative reviews and rarely leave reviews in general but I came tonight after a while cause I was craving mod. I came in and I politely asked for double meat, pictured below shows the so called “double meat”, I let it slide but when I asked for the one veggie (mushrooms) I really wanted and I politely asked to add a lot of it, I got a sprinkle of mushrooms. I was really dissatisfied, I won’t be returning back to this location anytime soon. Hopefully I’ll try again the future but I really wished some of the other staff would be a little more accommodating to portioning things more fairly.

We came in on Sunday 11/18/24 just before 3pm. The 3 clowns working there (2 girls and a guy) were too busy joking around to do real work and I was just standing there waiting in line while they laughed and goofed off.
The one girl with the baseball cap stood there with her mouth wide open for like a minute while the other girl laughed at her. This is while 3 customers were patiently waiting for service.
Frustrated, I left the line and walked out. I know this isn’t a Michelin star restaurant but even for this fast food style pizza place this level of service was pathetic.
We are from out of town seen a MOD pizza and turned quickly . To my surprise there was already a line 8 pluse kids ... I almost left till my daughter said wait 'this guy is quick ! ". I watched the portly tatooed bandana pizza ninja, sling ingredients on each individual pie as if the desired toppings were throwing stars . He was in the zone the moment. Each customer was asked if they wanted a kids meal most said 'yes !' So that's 16 pizzas "The Ninja executed " in less then 10 minutes on top of being personal able , funny , genuine and down right kind . The Ninja even did the till . I was absolutely ,positively impressed by his skills. One slow dragger walked from the back seen the crowd and turned around .

They say it closes at 10, but don't bother going passed 8:30. They are far too concerned with closing up the store to help customers. They kept 6 customers, including me, waiting while two staff members cleaned the store and one flipped through a binder. They could not have cared less that people were there.
