Super disappointing.
Manager told me my order of basic acai bowl was disgusting.
(Update been to every other acai place between Bend n Redmond. All have basic acai bowl on menu n there all delicious)
I just wanted a classic, noo sweet fruits, no honey n chia seeds.
Just Acai in classic form, bananas, berries, n granola on top.
The cashier was nice n listening to me. But a manger type lady kept bugging him and trying adjust my order that he had correct. Then she told me a classic bowl was disgusting.
I ignored her, n confirmed with nice cashier we had it right. That manager lady then went back to show kitchen staff what to do. Well she did not get right n it was disgusting. I got to the park opened my bowl n all I had was Acai mix 3 strawberries and 5 blueberries on top.
No banana no real berries on top n no granola.
I let it melt more n drank at as a smoothie since she didn't actually get me a bowl.
Classic Acai has been around for decades, n is common where acia grows in Brazil.
It's not complicated. Acai Berries, banana, n granola on top. That manager needs to shut up n let her competent staff do their jobs. Had she not inserted herself id have gotton what I paid for not a mess. Also its highly inappropriate to tell a customer their order is disgusting.

Everything from the food, friendly service, and atmosphere is a 12/10!!! The lady that took my order today was such a light. My breakfast burrito was cooked to deliciousness as well. Honestly, $20 for a great burrito and a 16oz matcha is SO reasonable compared to a lot of restaurants in Bend. Can’t wait to come back! 🤎

Food was good and drinks and smoothies. The lady at the front was super intense and rude I’m not normally one to leave a review but she was on another level

All of the bad reviews for this restaurant are about the service or hours. None of them are about the food. The food is amazing. Very high quality healthy juices, bowls and smoothies. It’s always nice to have a clean meal on the road.
I feel like the workers here are all young 20 somethings or college kids, you can’t expect exemplary service from them in the first place. Most of the negative reviews here sound like Karens lol. Underrated spot, try it out.

My boyfriend and I ate here for breakfast and I ordered a breakfast burrito, he got an açaí bowl. Within 30 minutes of breakfast we were both insanely nauseous. We were completely sick for the entire day. I am super disappointed, I had high hopes (and paid $40 for the both).
My bestie and I took a road trip from California and stopped by the juice spot. Such an cute place and the staff was adorable to chat with but the food was sooo delishhhh!!!!

Really yummy date smoothie. It tasted like a milkshake! Very knowledgeable about ingredients. Lots of gluten free and soy free options. Super friendly staff. I will definitely return next time I'm in Bend!

I really wanted to love this place because I love healthy, high quality food. The beet apple sandwich was weird but pretty good. The bohemian rhapsody was a bit disappointing. Both seemed wildly overpriced, even for high quality ingredients. That bohemian rhapsody was NOT worth $18 + tip or whatever I paid for it. Sorry. 😕
Delicious!
Wow, really disappointed. I called to place a take-out order and asked for the Sunrise Wrap, vegan with the tofu scramble. Seemed straightforward. But when I got home, I found it still had bacon and cheddar cheese in it—kind of defeats the whole point of ordering vegan.
When I called back to let them know, the person on the phone didn’t apologize or take responsibility. Instead, she questioned whether I had really said I wanted it vegan (I did) and emphasized how busy they were, as if that somehow excused the mistake. I get that it’s a busy place, but being slammed doesn’t give you a pass to be dismissive or make the customer feel like an inconvenience.
What stings even more is I’ve spent quite a bit of money here on weekend breakfasts—and they could easily see that in their system. Instead of owning the mix-up and offering to make it right, they doubled down on defensiveness and guilt-tripping.
There are plenty of great spots in town (shoutout to Active Culture, just two minutes away) that manage to stay friendly and accommodating even when things get hectic. Mother’s used to be my go-to, but after this experience, I think I’m done.
I love their bagel sandwiches, I tried their special monte cristo and it was pretty good too
Best Breakfast in Bend! We always get the sunrise wrap, fat burner smoothie and morning buzz coffee. It is the perfect trio! Food is so fresh!
