Our family has been going to Nancy P's for over 20 years and we love it. The atmosphere is always cozy and we love the rotating art displays that support local artists.
The food is always delicious. Scones and pies are our favorite, but we are always open to a pocket, slice of quiche or a key lime bar. Leaving with a BLT or club sandwich and a shortbread cookie for an afternoon snack is always a good idea!
The entire team always makes us feel welcome. We look forward to the next 20 years.

I've been visiting Nancy P's for well over six years and find the rich variety of high quality baked goods, the warm community-oriented vibe, the incredibly kind and service friendly staff, and attention to customer interests and needs phenomenal. Period. Nancy P's in its 17 years has become one of Bend's premier assets...with a warm welcoming atmosphere, support of a wide range of important community causes, help for local artists, and tireless interest in maintaining the highest standards in all respects. Locals and visitors alike should definitely put Nancy P's on their must do list.

We've lived in Bend for about 10 years now. After we'd been here a year or so a friend recommended Nancy P's as the best breakfast bakery in town. We tried it and have been going back ever since. We probably eat there almost once a week. Their pockets are outstanding, as are the frittatas and quiche. Lunch is good too, but we do breakfast more often.

I love sitting outside when the weather permits. Great spot!

We love Nancy P’s! My grandpa lives in Bend and is a regular customer. He brings us their amazing, huge, delicious cupcakes whenever he visits. Best cupcakes ever! It’s a must-stop when we come into town to visit him with the kids. Such a cute, small town feel with yummy food and lots of love. ❤️ A beautiful family tradition.

I love going to Nancy P’s! It feels so cozy, the staff is especially welcoming great, and the baked goods are so delicious! I usually stop by for a scone and coffee, but for my birthday I ordered a berry pie. They were helpful with my order, so friendly about my birthday, and my pie was awesome - heavy with fruit and delicious. I highly recommend a visit to this Bend staple!

People who live in Bend have known for years that Nancy P’s Café and Bakery is a special place. I know this because I am one of those people. A typical lunch for me is the Nancy P’s “soup of the day”, a Nancy P’s half sandwich or a freshly made salad from the list of choices and a cup of coffee. If I am there for breakfast, I am always tempted to have one of their famous cinnamon buns or some other breakfast pastry.
I like to sit on a stool at a corner table near the windows, among the hanging works from local artists. It’s a good place to eat while reading my book and still watch the comings and goings of customers. In warm weather, I may opt to sit outside at a patio table in the shade, sometimes known as the “butterfly corner”. If you are lucky, you may see a Monarch or a hummingbird visiting the hanging plants. There are other good outside seating options too – the tables under the trees, the Adirondack chairs or the Redwood Bench made from a fallen old growth.
Finally, and perhaps most importantly (my great grandchildren would say) be sure to check out Nancy P’s cupcakes, especially the ones with filling, made by Nancy P’s most talented baker/pastry chef. Or perhaps you may wish to special order a pie or birthday cake. It would be great, like everything else at Nancy P’s. Five Stars for sure!

This place is amazing! Visiting from Colorado and had the best experience. The food and drinks were incredible and everyone working there was so nice. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Oregon! :)

I’ve lived in Bend for 7 years and only come in here twice. That’s all it took.
The staff (especially owner?) is extremely rude, condescending, and entitled in her behavior towards paying customers. You know, the people keeping her business alive.
I was truly shocked to see how rude she is in passive aggressively hurrying people away, answering questions like you’re an idiot for even having it, and basically being incredibly impatient.
It seems she thinks they are curing cancer and not serving people baked goods - which there are plenty better ones in town. If you read the other low reviews it seems I am not alone in this experience of the owner. It’s truly the worst customer service I’ve seen in town. I always tell friends to stay away.
I would not recommend spending your money here.

I take my sandwiches seriously and this is strictly a review about their sandwiches. I could not eat the turkey sandwich. The meat was gross, the bread was pretty bad and I felt it was expensive. The other two people I was with ordered two different sandwiches and also did not like them. (Tuna and Italian) I would not go back and I would not recommend coming here for a sandwich check out valentines.

Great place. Great food. Great people. Fair prices. I was very upset about the going’s on with our country and in a foul mood the other day, and let that negative energy out onto them. It’s been really bothering me. I just want the owner to know I’m sorry for being rude and that I think you have a great business. And I’m very grateful that we have places like this in our neighborhood.

I love Nancy Ps. We love their baked goods and coffee but also are fans of the soup and sandwich lunch special. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, it truly is a neighborhood staple. It is also my go to for when I want to bring something extra to an event or party. People always love the cookies! Thanks for being such great neighbors and community members. 💚

Bad attitude bad food rotten service. Overpriced tiny micro sandwich coupled with a luke warm soup in a plastic bowl that the Bethlehem homeless shelter wouldnt serve. When the coffee came out warm i expressed my displeasure owner rude and banged replacement coffee on table. $31 a rip off.

I go here regularly for the incredible egg pockets- perfect almost pizza-dough-like bread wrapped around ham and eggs. Sooo good and unique. The soup and sandwiches are fresh and amazing too. I’m always tempted by all the bakery treats and once got a delicious cinnamon apple roll right from the oven. Yummm. The staff is kind and hard-working. No wonder this place is such a Bend icon!
