such a cute area and many options from mexican thai calzones and american. we got the cheese border and tri tip sandwich with fries. burger had amazing flavor, tri tip sandwich was also very flavorful and with extra topping it just took it to another level. 10/10 very responsibly priced as well!!

I had one of the oddest experiences here. I go up to the cart to place an order, and the three employees in there ignore me. They flat out ignore me for 8 minutes (I timed it). I get that food places get busy, but a small "hi there, we'll take your order when we're able to" would've gone a long way, rather than just flat out ignoring me. I guess I wont give you 30 dollars of my hard-earned money.
Reply: I'm not sure if the food industry is for you. All you have are your customers. I don't care if you're busy, you still acknowledge customers at your window, not leave them standing there for almost 10 minutes without a single word. I AM patient when it comes to food, you guys are just clearly rude and not cut out for food service. Maybe stick to just making food for your buddies if your customer service goes out the window when you're busy.

You need money. Customer have money. You be nice to customer. Customer give money. If customer no happy=business no good. No money for business.

Yes. 10 dollar burger. Big order of handcut fries. Basic reasonable priced pub food. This is what the people want, not 19dollar hotdogs (you know who you are)
We rarely eat at a food truck, due to high prices and mediocre taste. Hubby was super happy with his burger. It was big, tasty and nice bun. Also got a full order of fries which was also great (but a little long on the salt). If we ever go back to River’s, we’ll def order from Nik again.

First time trying Nik’s after some morning runs at Bachelor. We shared a couple sliders, fries and brussel sprouts, and loved all of it! Portions were generous. We will be back!

So my first time here. Been looking forward to the fries, that everyone is bragging about, and yes the fries are definitely one of a kind, the perfect amount of cheese and a load of bacon.. my only complaint is my god they were extremely salty.. salting them, and then bacon that's already salty and even the cheese sauce is salty.. my only request is to offer packets of salt for people that want salt, but just from the cheese and bacon I feel it gets enough flavor.. over all the guy was very nice and he explained there were 3 orders in front of mine and it would be 15ish mins, which is fair. Service was on point and atmosphere great.

Best fries in town! You can pile them high with cheese and Meats or just enjoy! The trip tip and pulled pork are smoked by Nik and always so tender! The service we received from Gage was a great as the service we get from Nik! Also, Nik's makes the best mac n cheese! We love Nik's!

Nik's has the most amazing fries that I have had. Add cheese and bacon and there are few snacks that can top it. His Brussel Sprouts and sliders are pretty awesome too. I highly recommend this cart.
