We rarely eat at a food truck, due to high prices and mediocre taste. Hubby was super happy with his burger. It was big, tasty and nice bun. Also got a full order of fries which was also great (but a little long on the salt). If we ever go back to River’s, we’ll def order from Nik again.

First time trying Nik’s after some morning runs at Bachelor. We shared a couple sliders, fries and brussel sprouts, and loved all of it! Portions were generous. We will be back!

So my first time here. Been looking forward to the fries, that everyone is bragging about, and yes the fries are definitely one of a kind, the perfect amount of cheese and a load of bacon.. my only complaint is my god they were extremely salty.. salting them, and then bacon that's already salty and even the cheese sauce is salty.. my only request is to offer packets of salt for people that want salt, but just from the cheese and bacon I feel it gets enough flavor.. over all the guy was very nice and he explained there were 3 orders in front of mine and it would be 15ish mins, which is fair. Service was on point and atmosphere great.

Best fries in town! You can pile them high with cheese and Meats or just enjoy! The trip tip and pulled pork are smoked by Nik and always so tender! The service we received from Gage was a great as the service we get from Nik! Also, Nik's makes the best mac n cheese! We love Nik's!

Nik's has the most amazing fries that I have had. Add cheese and bacon and there are few snacks that can top it. His Brussel Sprouts and sliders are pretty awesome too. I highly recommend this cart.

This was a delicious food truck within River's Place. My little got the last slider burger while my teen son had two pulled pork sliders. They both enjoyed their food. I also ordered the hand-cut fresh fries. They were hot and delicious, and the fry sauce was perfect. We highly recommend Nik's Snacks.

Y'all!!! As a current and long time Texas resident and self proclaimed bbq snob, I must tell you this place is the BOMB DIGGITY!!! If you live here and have yet to enjoy bonafide, real deal bbq, get over here and taste the pork!!! Flavorful and moist, it's like a Lone Star party in your mouth!! And those fries, man o' man, that's a tasty combo that will leave you beyond satisfied!

Loved our lunch at Nik'Snacks in the River's Place Food yard. The tri-tip sandwich was excellent and the enormous tray of French fries was very tasty. Next time we'll order the Regular" tray of fries, not the gigantic tray...too much for the two of us. Reasonable prices by Bend standards as well. The food court is very well kept up, With plenty of tables with shade and dog friendly as are most, if not all, Bend Food Truck courts. The River's Place location is one of our favorite food truck courts due to its variety of foods offered and eating area.
