My husband ordered me and my daughter a California roll and a Rainbow roll for dinner last night. $38 the tiniest pieces for a California roll I've ever seen and for pieces for the Rainbow roll. He brought mine to me at work. My roll did not have much flavor rice didn't seem fresh. Found pieces of crab shell in mine. A little bit after consuming my roll I got very ill at work, definitely got food poisoning could not stop running to the bathroom, was getting hives on my neck and face, cold chills and felt like I was going to pass out! My daughter was at home and was feeling the same way!!! My husband tried calling today because my daughter and I still don't feel too well and left owner a voicemail to explain why the food was terrible and to get a refund. No call back to make it right !!Definitely will not recommend this place to anyone or ever give them another chance again. Bad service, crazy prices, little food, and food poisoning!!!! Shame on you Ninja sushi.

6 Teeny tiny pieces (1/2 the size of normal pieces at other restaurants) for $10. Barely a drizzle of sauce and taste is disappointing. My day off I wanted to splurge, get myself lunch and now left starving after buying lunch at this place. Now I’ll have to go some where else and buy lunch again! I don’t reccomend this food truck if you’re wanting to have a good tasting lunch that will fill you up. This place seems like they’re being cheap by cutting the regular pieces down by half and serving those as full pieces. I’m a little gal and if I’m still hungry after my 6 bites I would suggest you go to another food truck.

I have eaten all the sushi in Bend, and Ninja is BY FAR my favorite sushi in Bend. It’s literally so fresh tasting and delicious. The owners are super sweet and roll it all by hand fresh to order. Ninja sushi is the best kept secret in Bend, I highly highly recommend!

The fancy mango roll tasted great at a good price!
Rolls took forever. Once we received them, I instantly regretted spending the money on this sushi. Absolutely terrible.

Sad to see bad reviews on this place because it’s definitely some of the best sushi I’ve had in town.
I feel that every time I eat here it just continues to lose appeal. Went last night and the sushi was pretty flavorless. The staff is friendly and I got my order quicker than normal which was nice.

Solid place for pedestrian sushi on the east side! Been here 3 times on busy weekend nights and ordered the same three things and it's been tasty and consistent each time. Nice mix of fish on the 8-piece nigiri + cali roll plate. Even included scallop and fatty toro!

I’ve eaten here several times. The first couple of visits the sushi was so good but the quality has steadily declined since then. I’m sorry to say I won’t be back.
Amazing sushi coming out of a food truck. Some of the best in town actually. And River's Place is a great venue!

This place has the best sushi in Bend. Fight me.
Poor service, did not get a lot of what we ordered. Would not eat there again ! Very disappointed ?
We ordered a couple rolls and a nigiri. The rice was clearly old and not at all fresh. The rice also had a strange dish soap/detergent taste. The fish was okay but the snow crab had zero flavor. I wanted to like this spot because other sushi trucks in town have been so delicious. Overall super disappointing.
Best sushi in town. We’ve tried them all and the quality here is amazing. We love the Dancing Tuna roll!
