The cakes are great however, this review is for the delivery and service aspects. I ordered a delivery cake for a special occasion and set it up to arrive between 11 and 1pm. I got a message that it would arrive between 11 and 11:30am. However, at 11:15 I got a message that it had been delivered and the photo of the delivery location was in an empty construction lot!!!! The photo even showed the address and it didn’t match the address I entered in any way. I called the store and they said they can’t fix it because it was with Uber. However I didn’t order through Uber, I preferred through NbC. After talking for a while she said she’d call the owner to see what they can do. They said they’d send a new cake in 20 min. The cake arrived 1.5 hours later!!! Yes, they gave me some free bundtinis but who cares about that, I expect good service, not an excuse every time I called to see where the cake was. This was for a special occasion and this whole ordeal kinda ruined it. I’d recommend going elsewhere if you need delivery done well.

5 stars aren't enough for Nothing Bundt Cakes! These cakes are straight up AMAZING, moist, full of flavor, and perfectly sweet without going overboard. We've tried tons of flavors now (the lemon is dangerously good, and the red velvet is unreal!), and every one has been a huge hit.
What makes this place extra special are the owners. They're so kind, welcoming, and you can tell they put their whole heart into everything. They remember our favorites, chat with us like friends, and make every visit feel like a mini party. Whether it's for a birthday, a random treat, or just to make someone's day better, we keep coming back because nothing else comes close.
If you're hunting for the best cake around, drop everything and head here right now. You won't regret it... we're totally hooked!

My first time to a Nothing Bundt Cakes. What a pleasant surprise! I was in Bend Oregon and was able to pick up several items to take back to North Idaho. They were very well presented and packaged. Sure wish we had a Nothing Bundt Cakes in North Idaho...specifically in Coeur d'Alene.

I ordered a flavor that was ON thier website as well as advertised IN thier store. When I got there they let me know saying they tried to call me however I received no call? They mentioned the number maybe wrong? I didn't ask.... I waited to give an honest review by trying out the random bundt cake I had to choose from. After we tried the cake. Cake had good flavor but the bottom was doughy like needed more time to cook. That part also lacked flavor. Overall disappointed with the cake. If the flavors aren't available why not make them unavailable on thier website and in the store. Web designer could easily put unavailable crossing out the flavor. The ONLY reason I tried this cake was because of the flavor they no longer sell but still have available as a choice online and in store. Was a waste of $$.

Just went in and ordered an assortment of bundtini's (the mini bundt cakes). We've had these a few times before and have never been disappointed. The flavors are great, they have a variety of standard flavors as well as a couple seasonal ones, and even a couple gluten free options. The atmosphere is what you would expect of this kind of store, with bright pastel colors and all kinds of confectionary decor. Now, on to the service. We were immediately greeted by a helpful, but not pushy, young gentleman whose name I wish I asked so I could include it. My daughter and I took our time picking out an assortment of flavors and when we finally settled on it, the gentleman rang us up quickly and efficiently. Due to it being a custom assortment, he let us know it would take about ten minutes or so, and then he offered my daughter a free small bundt cake of her choice! Needless to say, that was super awesome and very kind. We went out to wait in our truck and we decided to trade the unopened free cake for a different flavor (fickle minds, I know). I went in to ask if we could exchange for a different flavor and, instead, he gave us another one, free of charge! I'm sure that not everyone will get a free cake, but this was seriously above and beyond the customer service that I expected. Finally, while waiting in the truck as I was getting ready to go back inside to pick up our order, they brought it out to us! Seriously, this embodies the old spirit of Bend, when people were courteous and kind, and they went the extra mile with customer service. Thank you, staff of Nothing Bundt Cakes! You were completely amazing and have made my friends, family, and myself, lifelong customers!
