Pasta was overcooked, soup was more like stew, waitress was rushing us to order and just not friendly service.

It was super loud, the server was trying her best but she just couldn't keep up. Several things were forgotten, including placing someone's order. The food was dry, not nearly enough sauce. The kids sides were completely wrong.

Frozen. Not fresh, but hey the salad has cheese

There was 7 of us. I DONT think the waitress was having a good day on my ticket had the soup we ordered but she brought something else, had to go find her for refills on water and the coffee was cold. I called and the lady I talked to said she would fix my bill and send a gift cert. I have not received anything from olive garden, my friends were from out of town and I was throughly embarrassed... I know they probably won't want to go back. And if Olive Garden doesn't acknowledge my complaint I probably won't return and I have been going there for many years....

I don't understand the hype. Not only did we wait over an hour just for bread sticks, but when the food finally arrived it was the equivalent of boxed lasagna from Walmart.

Mind you I'm not a picky eater, but for $20 a plate I expect my food to at least be edible. I got less than halfway through my tour of Italy before I was too grossed out to finish.

Also, easily the worst marinara I've ever had in my entire life, beating out even the sugary mess known as ragu.

Good food, great service...and someone else bought. How much better can it get? Good exactly as I've come to expect from Olive Garden.

Tonight, the kitchen was slow, but still worth the wait. The server was communicative about how busy they were and attended our every need.

Absolutely amazing experience, we came in with a group of 10 towards the end of the night and they were very accommodating. Our waitress was Celeste and she was very attentive with us, being in the service industry myself I can understand how it feels to get a larger group at the end of the night. She exceeded all expectations, thank you sooo much!!!!
