On Tap has great atmosphere, good selection of tapped beverages, and some of the best food carts in the city. Parking can be a pain, but I've never had too much trouble.

Awesome local spot for great food. They have a great selection of foods available - poke, pizza, gyros, BBQ, tacos. Ample seating available, both inside and outdoors. In the winter there's a heated tent and in the summer there's a nice grassy area for kids to play. Dog friendly and has a decent amount of free parking.

Oh. My. Gosh. Noel and Melinda made my night. I got dead last in my karate tournament, and their spirit, attitude, and beer selections made me feel like I got third to last. I may not be good at karate, but I got first place in picking a place for a beer tonight.
