If I could only go to one coffee shop fit the rest of my life, it would be Palate! Jason (owner) is a beautiful human being and incredibly kind and welcoming. I am here once a week still even we live 20 minutes away. It's worth it for the vibe and the good beverages for sure!
This place makes solid dirty chai. Love the atmosphere inside as well. The team there was friendly every time I talked to them. I would be a regular here but unfortunately I was in Bend for only a couple months.

Great little coffee bar in a little house serving Coava coffee from Portland. Had a traditional cappuccino with delicious natural process Ethiopian Anbessa. YUM. THANKS Palate!!!
