If you drive for Uber/Post Mates/Door Dash, DO NOT COME HERE!!! They don't pull orders in the order that they were placed. They will serve everyone in line first during a rush, completely ignoring the online orders until the customers in house are served. This is unacceptable and is a big waste of time for people whose orders were placed online. Please train your employees on how to pull orders!

Honestly panda if you are going to advertise online delivery atleast make an effort to serve online orders. I have waited upwards of 20 minutes for online orders and I haven’t had this issue at any other restaurant.
An idea of how to fix this issue
- change your workflow a little bit to accommodate online orders along side in person orders
-hire a slightly higher employee count to help keep on top of food running out
-treat online orders with the same priority as in person orders (needless to repeat they do not care about online orders)
Until panda fixes these issues I would encourage anyone who uses door dash or grub hub to decline orders from this institution. It simply isn’t worth taking orders from here

This location is awful. They basically loaded my box with cabbage and put everything on top of it. I found piles of cabbage under both entrees and the chow mein. Normally I wouldn't be so upset and would just eat it. But the cabbage tastes and smells like rotten pumpkin. So gross! The service here are no good and neither is the atmosphere. The other location is far superior and the service is stellar!

Check your online pickup orders before you leave. The last two times they have missed items on my order. This time I got all the way home and was missing 5 egg rolls, got one out of the six I ordered and don't feel like driving 20 minutes round trip to correct it. Not happy.
