This panda should be closed. Staff are slow to take orders in drive thru and takes 4 cars deep about 20-30 min to get to the window. Customer service could improve as well.

We stopped here after a weekend music festival. We went thru the drive thru. The lady taking our order was VERY rude! I was nothing but kind and polite when planning my order. He attitude continued at the window. Maria shouldn't work the drive thru if she can't handle
herself without disrespecting people. Other wise the good was good.

Horrible customer service and horrible management. Nothing was available when I came for my order. First of all there wasn’t any chow mein, I waited a 10 minutes for it, and then there wasn’t any broccoli beef and they didn’t have it prepared so I had to wait another 7 minutes. Those seven minutes turned into an hour and there was also no kung pao chicken. To add i think here name is Alyssa a worker with glasses and a SONDER tattoo in her arm is good awful at her Job! Treat customers horribly not only me but and elderly too. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!

Food is delicious, however for my online orders, I often recieve either the wrong order or missing food and have to come up with my own dinner last minute after already paying for dinner to be delivered. There are NO immediate refunds, phone calls are terrible, online customer service ticket is a thorough and exacting hassle to complete, but once done, these issues brought to their attention ALWAYS result in a coupon code or two to use online which means you will ALWAYS pay no matter what, then use a free code to ALWAYS pay the second round of delivery fee + tip and must again blindly trust the process of what only ends up in the same revolving mistakes. Its a deliberate scam if you continue to refuse to properly train and actually give customers what they've chosen to purchase with their money.

I came through at 6:00 on a Wednesday, spent over 30 minutes in the drive through, ordered two bowls of the same exact dishes, and received one correct bowl and one plate that was the wrong entree and sides. Cream cheese rangoons were cold. After waiting that long and speaking with employees who were rushing and rude, it was a big disappointment to leave without the food I wanted.

Everytime I order white rice, I'm given fried. I hate fried rice 😒
Did not get everything we ordered and was told they had. Food was greasy and cold!
My lunch break is at 10:00 am I like to go to panda because they are open and I like the power greens. The last 2 times I went there they did not have the food ready and there was least a 10 minute wait. I do not go to fast food to wait.

I always use the drive-thru so I don't know what the inside experience is like. I love their teriyaki chicken it's tender and good!
