I was there on Black Friday as the only person inside the building and the female running the drive through ignored all questions from her co-workers. She was rolling her eyes constantly and being extremely disrespectful. I don’t understand how you can be that hangry working at a fast food place. Andrew was the only good worker there and should be promoted for actually doing his job, he asked her several questions only to be completely ignored countless times.

Too much to list of what was wrong with our orders. Worst Panda Express ever... and this was their second chance to prove us wrong from our first experience... will not be eating here ever again

The worst panda experience I've ever had. They didn't have what we wanted and we were told we would have a 10 min wait, we opted to get the angus beef, but when we got home the bowl was filled with some spicy 🔥 🥵 beef and shrimp, but at least they charged us extra for something we never wanted in the first place. The other plate we ordered had chow mein, but it was only cabbage bits and remnants of a few broken noodles, not to mention the smallest side I've ever had from a panda. I had bejing beef and there was a random shrimp in the box and string beans? I'm not sure if they scooped the wrong thing and scraped it out, or if this wasn't the right thing either? Everything was so dry and shriveled it was hard to identify. I'm really glad neither of us had a shellfish allergy. I usually love panda, but this location is NOT it!

This panda should be closed. Staff are slow to take orders in drive thru and takes 4 cars deep about 20-30 min to get to the window. Customer service could improve as well.

We stopped here after a weekend music festival. We went thru the drive thru. The lady taking our order was VERY rude! I was nothing but kind and polite when planning my order. He attitude continued at the window. Maria shouldn't work the drive thru if she can't handle herself without disrespecting people. Other wise the good was good.

Horrible customer service and horrible management. Nothing was available when I came for my order. First of all there wasn’t any chow mein, I waited a 10 minutes for it, and then there wasn’t any broccoli beef and they didn’t have it prepared so I had to wait another 7 minutes. Those seven minutes turned into an hour and there was also no kung pao chicken. To add i think here name is Alyssa a worker with glasses and a SONDER tattoo in her arm is good awful at her Job! Treat customers horribly not only me but and elderly too. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!
