I love this place so much! Been coming here for about a year now. The staff is always so sweet and the food is DELICIOUS! I typically get their spring rolls, pho, or bahn mi. All amazing choices! Other dishes my friends have gotten looked amazing, and I’m excited to go back and try those as well :)

Coming from LA, I was worried about not having a bomb Vietnamese place in Bend, and I was so wrong. Pho Viet & Cafe has been a consistent favorite of my family, and it’s only gotten better over time. They’ve done a great job with the recent remodel, the staff is always friendly, and the food is BOMB.
Pho is bomb, grilled pork ban mi is bomb, shrimp spring rolls bomb, chicken wings are bomb, and the bobas are bomb… idk what else to say. Love this place!

Everything was beyond great. We had a seafood pho and a veggy pad tai. They did a fantastic job keeping everything tasting fresh. I am not a pho expert but it was exactly what I was hoping for and then some. Broth was great, everything was perfectly cooked and presented. Would highly recommend again and again. The service was also great. In a day and age where customer service usually leaves its own taste, they make you want to come back.

This place has always been the best pho in town but with their remodel it has taken the dining experience to the next level. Comforting food in a pleasant environment and fast service. I kick myself for not eating here more.

Best pho place in the area! The portions are big, the people are friendly, and the prices are really good. They have vegetarian options. The parking lot is kinda small for how popular the place is, so be prepared to park on the street. They recently remodeled and it looks fantastic with more seating. Highly recommend if you're looking to get your pho fix!

Some of the best Vietnamese food we've had, ever! The chicken pho was great as were the vermicelli bowls. The beef and chicken in the vermicelli were wonderfully seasoned. Generous portions. We visited twice during our 4 day visit to Bend, because it was just that good!

This has been a favorite spot to drop by when I'm in town for about 10 years now. It's unfair to compare it to the Vietnamese restaurants in Portland but it is my favorite pho spot in Bend by far. The Bun Bo Hue is my go to on a rainy day but all of their soups are fantastic. The veggie & tofu pho is surprisingly rich & has a delightfully salty broth, while the vermicelli bowls are light & refreshing. This place is one of Bend's most reasonably priced restaurants and you get large portions for most of their menu items.
Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of the recent remode at alll. I'm very disappointed to hear people complained frequently enough about the interior that they felt the need to completely rebrand, I found the old version of the restaurant to be a bit dated yes, but in a rustic and charming way. The new white walls along with the lighting is far too bright, and the tables & chairs look cheap like they were ordered off Amazon. The old booths created a little bit of intimacy and privacy from other customers, now there is no auditory privacy at all and you're forced to hear every other conversation in the restaurant as well as the bad pop playlist they have on repeat. I used to look forward to coming in on a cold day with the LoFi playing softly in the background to enjoy a meal and now the atmosphere feels as if the character has been sucked out of the restaurant, replaced by the same Billie Eilish song I hear every time I walk in now. It's very much the opposite of inviting now. I will still be coming here as the food is still one of my local favorites and I want to support their business but the bland remodel is a major throw off.

This is hands down the best spot in Bend for Pho! Coming from a multicultural city in the Bay Area, we expected to miss the authentic Vietnamese flavors we grew up loving — but we were happily proven wrong. Our usual order includes the Tofu Spring Rolls, Veggie Pho, and Mango Sticky Rice, with the Lemongrass Tofu Banh Mi becoming a new favorite. The food is consistently excellent, the hospitality is warm, and their recent renovation perfectly matches the elevated quality of their dishes.

This is a review for the location at the Grove in Northwest Crossing. Not the other location on 3rd St. Located in a market hall with multiple food and beverage options. They have a few vegan options but I’ve only ever got the Pho. The Pho is always delicious and hits the spot, especially if it’s cold out. Lots of veggies and the broth is flavorful. They only have one size option, which is a large portion. You have to ask for the sides , bean sprouts, basil and jalapeños.
