Bun Bo Hue all the way. I recommend that they update their website and when they go out of town for holiday, they put that info on their site or on their voicemail greeting.

We’ve been living in Bend for 15 years when we first moved here we went out at this restaurant the worst service we have had five years later we tried it again. The same thing the food was so salty me and my wife we could not eat it over the years we gave them another try just last year, they would not even come help us at our table after we sit down and waited and waited not only that I had two hours to kill one day because our RV was getting fixed down the street so I went in there to sit down and have a cuppa tea. It took the guy 10 minutes before he asked me can I help you so I was curious the tea was a dollar and something, I went up to the counter. I was checking out. I said I didn’t have any cash. I just have a debit card and he says I’ll have to charge you to use your debit card for like a dollar and something I said OK that’s fine. He never asked me would I like. Something to eat. Never asked me anything. I stayed in there for over an hour. The worstserviced worst food. I’ll never go there again.This is in response to the owner. I am sure I have the correct place. I’ll never forget you guys. I don’t make mistakes like that. It just took me a while to get around to write in a review about you. Never know I just might walk in there one day and you have no idea who I am , I’ve been to hundreds and hundreds of restaurants service is the number one thing on how I am treated at a business. You can’t treat your customers like that and at the same time ask for money. You really need to check with your employees on how they’re treating customers.Parking: On third Street in Bend, Oregon, I wouldn’t recommend stopping in

The roll was totally plain without any taste. The duck pho was all bones and skins, with barely any meat. When I complained about it to the waitress, she brought the manager who told me the duck was from Portland and it was what it was blah blah… If I didn’t like it, they could take it back. Then I changed it to the seafood pho, which was just okay. My friend highly recommended it, but looks like the owner changed and it’s not as good as before any more.

EXCELLENT! A+ First time eating here. Had the best food. Ordered the shrimp and pork salad rolls. Delicious and so fresh. Lunch was Chicken Pad Thai and Bo Bun Hue which is a pho with all kinds of goodness. The service and food was impeccable. The owner is very pleasant. Came over, introduced himself and chatted. This is one of the best restaurants here in Bend.

Stopped in for dinner. Lots of choices, all looked very good and wanted to try them all but settled on the Mekong Ginger Chicken and tropical fried rice. Both were excellent and the service was outstanding. Legit Vietnamese food!

Amazing fantastic place. So many vegan options and absolutely wonderful staff. They have the best mango sticky rice I have ever had. The atmosphere was delightful with plants floor to ceiling and soft piano. Loved it!

Came on here to say, the spicy jumbo shrimp pho is absolutely addicting. I'm dreaming about it!. I will be coming back again for it, best pho I've ever had. My waitress was extremely nice and friendly and the environment seemed pretty relaxed and that's exactly what I need when slurping down a huge bowl of soup .

Staff is not very accommodating and quite rude. VERY expensive for basic pho and other plain Vietnamese dishes. Huge mark up. They advertise they have drinks but have a very limited bar offerings. Food wasn't great. Their chicken pho is actually more like chicken carcass pho as all parts of the chicken were added to it. Quite greasy.

This is such a cute spot with delicious food! The staff are very kind, friendly, and put a smile on our faces with their positive attitudes and great service. Our food arrived fast and tasted so fresh and flavorful. We loved the Banh Mi sandwich and the phō broth was great. Well priced too! We’re excited to make this a regular place to visit for a great dinner! To quote my boyfriend, “I could totally see us eating here every day for a year if we were rich.” ?
