Had an absolute fabulous sunset dinner date.
Everything was spot on from the delicious hand crafted drinks to delicious dinner great service and a gorgeous view.
No kidding the best fries you’ll find on this earth are upstairs at Pine Marten lodge.
The machine hot chocolate is also a must try on those cold days, it hasn’t changed since I was a kid and always spits out rich chocolatey heaven in a cup.
Views are obviously spectacular, after a fun morning you can always count on coming in and warming up in the cozy atmosphere.
This place is a hallmark of my childhood and I look forward to the many more fry-filled ski days to come🍟
Can't wait to come back

We were not impressed with our sunset dinner at Mt. Bachelor. Very expensive night for what it was. The food arrived cold and they did reheat it but it was still not very good. With drinks and tip, it was a $350 evening for the 2 of us. The chair lift up and back was enjoyable and the sunset was beautiful but it still wasn't worth it. It was a one and done experience for us.

Menu was creative, food was excellently prepared and plate presentation very good. Ambiance incredible with lift ride, location and although hazy from smoke from forest fire, it cleared up enough to enjoy a stunning sunset.

Go literally anywhere else. Our server, Samantha, was great - super sweet. They also gave us complimentary Prosecco since we were dining there for our 8 year anniversary. Aside from that I don't have anything good to say. For the price it was NOT a good meal. Everything tasted either stale or like to came out of a can. My husband ordered short ribs and there was no short rib. After meal, 1 drink each, and a 18% tip it was over $341. Music and ambience was super weird. They played what seemed like department store music. It felt like we were in an episode of severance. Idk maybe that will make you want to go haha - but not for $341. They're just trying to make money on their off season but it felt like robbery and whoever is in charge knows exactly how much they're ripping people off. Made me not want to support Mt Bachelor at all.

We had the best time from the moment we arrived! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive and made for a spectacular experience! The food was so delicious; we had the lobster bisque soup, the beet salad, the short ribs, halibut, and duck! All of it was amazing and even thought the view was hazy because of smoke, it was a wonderful experience and will be remembered forever!

Food was a little disappointing. Halibut was overcooked, curry dish was off in spice and beef dish was good but veggies had strange seasoning. Lobster bisque appetizer should be a cup versus a huge bowl...flavor was good though.

This was hands down the best meal I've ever had in my lifetime! You can't be the ski lift ride and the views are spectacular! We had attentive service without being too overbearing and our waiter was very knowledgeable of the options. The food here is so much more than the flavor, the presentation was beautiful and the textures combined with the flavors were magnificent. I was stuffed by the time we got dessert but I still had to dig in. Safe to say we will be making the trip back to Bend to attend dinners here many more times. *Chefs kiss* 💋

I do not recommend the sunset dinner, the food is no where close to the price you pay.

Service was so so - requests for e tra bread was ignored 3 times and never received. Request for coffee ignored as well. Food was so so but DEFINITELY not worth $129 per person. Our total bill was $349 - the most expensive meal we have EVER paid for and we eat in fine dining restaurants quite often. woukd not recommend

Absolutely beautiful view! Whether you are visiting Bend on a summer vacation or a local who does not ski or snow board, the view of the 3 Sisters wilderness area makes this a must do at least once event. Dinner was good, generous portions and top quality. Selection is limited to three options, meat, fish, vegan. All three courses we were large generous portions. The only issue was the dressing on the beat salad and the sweet onion sauce on the petite tenderloin, overwhelmed the flavor of the food. I would request both on the side. Service was great. We brought our own bottle of wine and our server waived the corking fee. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

From the gondola ride to the dessert, what a great birthday night! The wine list was particularly impressive, with options from Hungary and Austria. We opted for the pairing menu because of it. Loved the white linen service, the extra pour of bubbly for my birthday, and you can't beat that view. A particular call out to Pastry Chef Zoe Wydra, a graduate of the Cascades Culinary Institute, (and plated by Grace and Cameron), she nailed the Salted Caramel Budino with toasted coconut, and chocolate ganache paired with a 20-year old tawny port. Wow! I am definitely bringing guests here when visiting in the warmer months.

We've been coming to Sunset dinners at Mount bachelor since they started offering this unique experience several years ago. Each year it seems to get better and better. This year with their new executive chef they really reached a new level of creative delicious food. The service is solid. And of course, the views are breathtaking. Well done.

This was an absolutely amazing, unique experience. The food was phenomenal, and the portions were generous. Would reccomend for special occasions of any kind, with friends, family, co-workers, or friends. Special thanks to the talented bartenders and friendly wait staff.

We took the chairlift to Pine Marten lodge last evening for dinner. We had not been on the chair for a decade or two and it was beautiful and peaceful. The lodge takes advantage of the gorgeous view out of every window. Service was impeccable and the young people serving and bussing were engaging and polite. The food was thoughtully prepared and served and my only comment was that the portions were too large for us seniors. Half of that amount would have been adequate. Taking the chair back down was also a delight and the young folks manning the equipment were very nice. A+ on every level.

Surprisingly good - one doesn't expect much of view restaurants (other than a massive bill) but this time it was a great experience. Of course the setting is spectacular, but here the service is very good - a few missteps but the personable waiter and attentive busboys made up for it. And the food is the best I've had in Bend, home of the over-rated, over-priced fine dining restaurant. The chef displays real technique and the kitchen pulls it off, moreover the food is creative and harmonious without crossing the line into pretentiousness. Well done!
