After a day of zip lining down the mountain, my family cruises back up the lifts for a lovely experience at Pine Marten Lodge! From the lift ride up to the restaurant to the stunning views, everything was wonderful.
We arrived a bit early to enjoy the view and have a cocktail. The bartenders seemed to
be in training and as a bartender myself, I was a bit unimpressed by their drinks. I ordered my favorite drink, which happened to be the first on their cocktail menu: the Corpse Reviver No. 2. I was a bit confused by the drink when I tasted it. Something was missing. When I looked over their menu, they actually excluded one of the key ingredients. Huge mistake if it’s even listed that way on their menu. However, I tried several other drinks such as the Negroni Spritzer, a smokey mezcal drink, and the basil gimlet and was pleased.
When we were seated, we got a table by the window with a breathtaking view of the mountains. Broken Top and some of the sisters towered along the horizon, backed by a beautiful sunset. Our server was attentive and checked on us regularly without making us feel rushed.
The Sunset Dinner was a highlight, with each course being delicious. The standout for us was the entrees – the Salmon was perfectly cooked. And the deserts were lovely. Everything we ate was amazing. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a Mocha and a chocolate danish at Pine Marten lodge. I loved the atmosphere there. It's incredibly cozy. Take the Pine Marten lift from the West Village side of the mountain, then it's immediately to your right when you hop off the lift. It's my favorite lodge to visit at Mt. Bachelor.

Pretty standard ski lodge. Beers were expensive, but I guess there weren't many other options. View from the outside was super cool.

This is my favorite spot to stop for a snack or a drink on the mountain. There are amazing views on the top level, everything looks new and nice. Highly recommended!

After days of super crowded cafeteria eating where we could not get a table at all some really awful foo, it was so nice to find the restaurant here where you could sit down and order something nice and relax and enjoy the wonderful views. Food was quite tasty as well and price was only slightly more than the cafeteria style but so much worth it.
Did not eat on this visit, looked like a great atmosphere with scenic views. Just rode the chair lift up to see the scenery and take pictures
My dad and I have come up here for years and years to satisfy our mid-ski day fry tradition. No kidding the best fries you’ll find on this earth are upstairs at Pine Marten lodge. The machine hot chocolate is also a must try on those cold days, it hasn’t changed since I was a kid and always spits out rich chocolatey heaven in a cup. Views are obviously spectacular, after a fun morning you can always count on coming in and warming up in the cozy atmosphere. This place is a hallmark of my childhood and I look forward to the many more fry-filled ski days to come?
5 stars for the views but 1 star for the dining.
The diner is seriously understaffed with a very long wait. 45 min wait for soup, 45 min wait for the grill. These are two separate lines so if you want both- be ready to spend 1.5 hrs waiting. That was the case on 3 different days in the mid week btw 12 and 2 pm...
I felt bad for the employees that are running around trying to deal with the crowd...
