Well deserved one star... the gas attendant didn't pump our gas after we paid & took our gas cap. We realized after leaving & seeing we were still empty when looking & seeing the cap missing. We got our money back then paid & pumped ourselves, but got a whole lot of attitude, im talk head shake sass. Dude, this is a safety issue..

Tried to get full service by just pulling up and waiting no one ever came out. The lady in front of me ended up pumping her own gas. I had to go in and get someone to pump my gas. He said that you have to go inside to get someone if you want full service.
Just letting people know in case you are disabled and needing help. This place in my experience will not help you

We see some 1 star reviews directed toward the staff and hoping that gets worked out if true. However, on the upside, I stopped for gas, a drink and a restroom break. (It's my job) and was pleasantly surprised with the restroom here. Although older, it was clean and tiled throughout, which always helps. That said, open 24 hours make this a not so bad place to stop, gas, nosh and pee. Thanks!

I am extremely disappointed with my experiences at Pinnacle 365 with the 76 Gas Station in Bend, OR. Not once, but twice, this station has stolen our gas caps. As broke college student, having to repeatedly buy new gas caps adds up quickly. We gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but experiencing it a second time is unacceptable.

When we noticed the gas cap was missing, we went back to the station, only to be met with rudeness from every single employee and manager. Not one person offered an apology or any form of compensation after steeling from us. Their customer service is absolutely disgusting.

Of course we will never be returning to this station again and strongly advise others to avoid it as well. It's not just about the gas caps—it's about the blatant disrespect and poor treatment of customers.

If I could Leave half a star I would. One star is being generous at least 20 cars. No exaggeration came get gas and left while I waited. It took 27 minutes for someone to coming. Help me and when she did, she gave me attitude.! As I Send eye shop here at least once a week. 2 times a week is normal normally. I get great service from other employees. This young short
