We stumbled upon this gem by accident, and what an incredible find! The staff were warm and welcoming, the food was outstanding, and the cozy, lively atmosphere made the whole experience even better. Their wood-fired pizzas are perfection — crisp, flavorful, and made with the freshest ingredients. And don’t miss their world-famous Mai Tie drink — it’s unique, refreshing, and absolutely delicious! I only wish they had a location in Kansas City, MO. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town

I driven by this place several times and last night made it a destination for supper. Very good and attentive service. The right amount of checking on us but not too much/ often. Sourdough wood fired pizza that was perfect. Nice selection of draft beers and cocktails. Clean and bright with a lot of local art on the walls. Will be stopping back!

Some of the best pizza I've had on the West Coast. Staff are very friendly and restaurant interior is modern and bright. The margarita and cheese were very good.

We’ve been wanting to try Paisanos for many months and we sure are glad we finally stopped in for dinner (September 13, 2025). I can’t say enough about this place. We ate inside and absolutely loved the music being played. Our server (Emily?) was excellent.
For drinks we ordered an Old Fashioned and a beer. But then I noticed a large replica check above the bar. I asked about it and it turns out that the bartender recently won second place in the World’s Best Mai Tai contest held at The Palms in Las Vegas. I’m a Mai tai connoisseur so I had to have one and it was amazing.
My wife ordered the Americano pizza and I had pepperoni & sausage. Both were delicious.
We will be back!

The best pizza! We have been coming here for around 8 years every time we visit Tumalo and they have not disappointed yet! We stop in for a pizza to go and get a beer on the patio while we wait. They allow dogs on the patio. The pizza is one of our favorite pizzas and the staff is always friendly and attentive every time! These guys are doing it right and we will never miss stopping here on our way through Tumalo! This is the filet mignon pizza.
