Never got pizza but was charged. Customer service is a complete joke. Avoid this store if possible

I ordered Sunday 9:23am because it said they were the only option for pizza open at that time. Its Monday 10am and still no pizza. It turns out they are completely closed. Out of business? Short staff? I dont know? It shows open on Google. Forget about the refund. I have to wait until it open again and a manager refunds my order.

We order delivery the past three times our pizza was raw, then they bring a replacement and it is barely cooked, ugh!!!! Wings are great! Will never order pizza there again

Ordered online Took over an hour when it stated it should take 20 mins, because dasher did another stop . Pizza was cold and to make it even worse the toppings were old. The meat smelled off, like it was expired. Called customer service and they offer a credit, which will take days to come back to me. This store never answers their phone. Super disappointed

Love there bone in hotwings. There so much better then Domino's. I dont care for there pizza. So I get that from Domino's. Only wish there wings were not so expensive for bone in.

Ordered online- got confirmation, card was charged… waited 45 minutes and called to check status. Apparently it was never coming and the guy that answered the phone hollered out to his supervisor “customer is not happy- refund their order” followed by the guy hanging up. Seriously!? What the heck kind of customer service is that! ?

It's definitely not like Pizza Hut was when I was a kid. The staff is usually pleasant and attentive. The food is nothing to brag about but its always fresh if you pick it up yourself.
I love driving, especially when I get a deliver hot pizza to somebody's house and see their kids smile

This location is awful! Don’t expect to be greeted or acknowledged when you walk in. They completely messed up the $50 pizza order, wrong toppings, wrong sauce and under cooked. Go to a different spot

Was greeted by Zach. Asked if there were any deals going on. And response was we had these deals “pointed to sheet on computer” BUT they are now out of date. So we DO NOT have any, in a rude tone. Then immediately said, “if you don’t have anything for me, I should not be at the register” At that point I turned and walked out.
This was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Asked one question as was not even given the chance to place an order. As I was expressed rude behavior (by the employee Zach) and I was made to feel I was bothering him. Needless to say I did not give them any business.
Very disappointed and can’t believe how (I) [as a customer] was made to feel terrible for coming in and trying to purchase something.
