Stopped in here merely by accident and and was hesitant once we saw the prices for sandwiches. But we ordered anyways and we were pleasantly surprised. Great bread and the sandwiches were DAMN GOOD! Anytime I'm in Bend for the weekend this will be a lunch stop.
They were very accommodating to celiac/gluten free needs and took appropriate precautions. I got the gluten free roasted turkey sandwich and it was delicious!! Highly recommend

Wow wow wow! These folks know how to craft a sando. I ordered the Cuban style pork belly, and dare a say better than Cubanos I had in Miami. My lovely lady ordered the Italian I had a bite or two… or three! The wetness levels on the Italian were sublime. Anymore would be too wet any less would be not enough.
