Fire. Roux is the best employee here by far, maybe the best employee anywhere. Five star service all around. She prepared an amazing poke bowl super fast and she was nice. I tipped a generous amount and so should you. In my opinion, she should be promoted to manager as soon as possible. This establishment is blessed to have such an outstanding employee.

Easy to customize and order online. Shop is located right in NW Crossing. Quaint shop with the plenty of windows to let in light and plenty of tables for enjoying. Staff was prompt and friendly. I ordered the three fish custom bowl and it was delightful. Light, clean and fresh!
