If you’re reading the reviews, stay away this place. My sandwich was horrible, the employees look miserable, the bathroom was disgusting. New York City sub shop, Cheba hut, beach hut deli, and even Wich Doctor Sandwich tower in quality compared to this place. Don’t waste your money!

Website states they're open until 7pm. Drove over there to find it locked up and a paper on the ground stating they closed at 3pm. If you are open until a certain time your employees must remain there until said closing time.

We previously ate here a bunch a few years ago, and it was amazing. Last week we decided to grab lunch and we were so very disappointed. The bread used to be so big, buttery and delicious. Now it was flat, sour, and left a gross aftertaste in our mouths. There was hardly any meat or cheese on our sandwiches, and the mustard/mayo mix was way off and not yummy like we remembered. The people behind the counter were working (except one very slow young guy who was so slow it was comical) hard and had great customer service. However, nobody was wearing hair nets, and one guy was sweating profusely. I would recommend that the owners require all employees to wear baseball caps to keep long and wild hair under control and to catch dripping sweat. The only one who had their hair pulled up was the only girl working. The rest of the guys had long, unattended hair, and God only knows how much of that hair ends up in our food. We won't be back. It was much better when Brad owned it.

The teenages we encountered on 6.21.24 were working their butts off like it was a lunch rush and there were only 2 customers in the place. They were all stars with service as well! We had a number 1 and when finished the fella that made our 12" made it look like all the pictures of subs you'd want to get but never do. Loaded it up with the veggies we wanted and really sold the sub just on loks alone. Best part is it tastes amazing, all fresh ingredients, no wilted spinach or too mushy tomatoes and the dills were crisp! Great experience all around and it knocked Jersey Mike's out of its long standing favorites category for myself and my wife.

Good food and convenient location for me but you never know if they can take a pick up order.
Wish they would answer the phone, or keep the online information up to date. I order food from them alot. Online said they were closed today (Thursday). Well drove by after getting lunch somewhere else last minute, and full parking lot and they are open.

Sorry to say dining room needed some TLC when we arrived. Service was ok, but sandwich disappointing. I was looking forward to trying them out because they toast their sandwiches. Ham was flavorless-and they smashed the sandwich bread down so much when they cut it, it was about as thick as the piece of ham-could hardly taste the bread. Just not impressed at all. I keep hoping we get a Firehouse Sub in town.
