Food is good but pricey Bartender serves extremely intoxicated customers. I have contacted Bend police who will be showing a presence at the bar. Drinking and driving is still against the law. So is serving customers that cannot walk or talk. For these reasons I will no longer be supporting this establishment.

The server kind of brushed me off when she realized I wasnt there to drink (have food, watch UFC with a friend). She would only talk to him and get his drink order and he had to ask for a menu. She became nicer after we ordered food and she noticed I just had non-alcoholic drinks. Overall it was a great time. The pizza and onion rings were fantastic.

The last few times we have been, there is an older guy, who is always severely intoxicated and claims to be an owner, but just might be a bar tender that is ruining the atmosphere. Tonight he and a few others were loud yelling and drunk laughing the whole time at a table. Made it unbearable to be there. It was a Tuesday at 5pm. Everyone seemed annoyed and people were moving away from that table but nothing was done. Not a restaurant feel but more like a dive bar at 1am feel.

We hosted a retirement party there and Cass our waitress was the best ever. She is so kind gracious and took care of our group of 30 plus people with ease. I have never experienced such wonderful staff anywhere in my life. They helped with the decorating they helped arrange the tables. They helped in every aspect. I was able to decorate. They waited the tables for 30 something people. It looked fabulous. I cannot thank all of the people here. The ownership Chip, the staff are so sweet and kind. The food was excellent. Andrew helped on every level. Kassandra, Jeremy Frank (Francisco) Ricardo, everyone here are just the most incredible people. I cannot be more thankful or more appreciative for such a wonderful experience.

What a disaster of an experience at Pourhouse Grill. Our server a blonde older woman (someone called her Cass I think) smelled like alcohol and acted clearly intoxicated. Management didn’t seem to notice, or maybe they just don’t care that their employees are drunk. She was arguing with the bartender, rolling her eyes, and making snarky comments. Total mess. We won’t be back.

Winton a couple days ago. Everything was great the food the drinks, even though they didn't have the first three things I asked for. But our server was amazing. Even when there was a problem with my food the way he handled it was top-notch. Communicated with us about everything period was taken care of the whole building but still had time to answer questions. He was great

Food was great. Service, not so much. Waitress said it was her second day. She seemed to be to only server in the very busy bar area (Oregon game day). She was trying, but didn’t seem to have gotten adequate training. Went to the ladies room, and on my way out encountered an employee with plates of food. I stepped aside to give him room, and my jacket caught on the wall and ripped a hole in the sleeve. Employee says (basically) that’s a bummer.
Literally my favorite restraunt in Bend. Tasty Burgers and tons of TVs for all of your sports watching needs.

Nice atmosphere and delicious food. Has a bar. Looks like a nice date spot. Dim lighting not really a romantic feeling but....if your with the right person it most certainly might have that feeling.
