This was the worst food I've ever tasted ! Don't go ! When the schnitzels appeared, it looked like they had been cooked in very old oil since the coating was hard and black. I barely got my knife through to give it a try. We had friends visiting from out of town and decided not to say anything at the time so that we wouldn't ruin our good time. The spatzele were unrecognizable. The home fried potatoes were black, oily and terrible. The name Prost has connotations of people having a good time so we had chosen the venue to enjoy some beer and good German food. Being of German heritage, I feel it's insulting to pretend to know German food and pass off inedible food to customers who come in good faith to eat the food.

Pros: The food is delicious and came out quick! Cons: The service was crap.
This was our (group of 5) first time in. Once we arrived we stood in the doorway with no greeting, no sign stating you should seat yourself.
when we asked the server for menus he said “yep, they’re on the table bud” then just walked away. The were in fact not on the table, just the beer list.
We just felt like the staff wanted to be anywhere else.
