Use to be my favorite pizza in town - would send everyone there - lately the food is gone in the absolute dump. The last 5 times I have ordered the food has been received incorrect . The manager is completely unprofessional, angry , and frankly can see why the business is slowly failing with leaving someone like that in charge .
After calling and explaining that every thing we ordered came incorrect - not only did he immediately seem irritated - he tried to justify the food being incorrect by informing me that he only charged me half the the plain buffalo wings that he accidentally put sauce on. Instead of replacing them . As the conversation grew so did his anger to the point of him hanging up and blocking our number . I hope the owner sees this and knows who he has working for him and how he is representing his businesses .
You lost a long time customer today and will no longer speak highly of this restaurant as I use to .

Used to be a great place with great Pizza but Since it changed hands, the place is always closed. Got a gift certificate i can’t use because they are closed Monday & Tuesday closed for lunch Wednesday open Friday & Saturday and closed Sunday.
Now my gift certificate is expired. Forget that place…
Bend is getting weirder all the time..

My fiancé and I finally got to try this place! And so glad we did! Walking in we witnessed and got served ourselves by the cutest kid with the best customer service, and the pizza was absolutely delicious. Meat gala and mozzarella sticks for the win. Loved the vibe, definitely our new spot!

Decent 12-inch pizza, but not worth $40.25 (including tip).
New owners of the place are anxious to make sure you’re happy. The crust here is good. It’s a thin crust. We tried the Mediterranean Vegetarian, BBQ, Margharita and a plain pepperoni.
All of them were good, but the consensus was the Mediterranean Veggie and BBQ were the stars. We would gladly go again.
I will say that the Anti-pasta salad was a little underwhelming though.
Food was okay at best, personally I'd only come back if I was trying to buy a lot of pizza since it's relatively affordable, in my opinion and its better than most fast food pizza chains. The salad I got was very good but pretty pricey for the portion size, but the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The place inside is super small and not exactly a dine in type of place, but I will say the decorations and pictures are interesting but not much more than that. The staff was kind and friendly. Overall, it's just alright for take away pizza.
So over cooked could only tast char...
picked off the top ..left the rest.

Every bite was worth the price. We got the Vito Supreme & a loaf of their Crack bread. The crust is perfect! Definitely coming back to try the meatball sub next.

Terrible pizza! The pepperoni pizza crust was burnt and the margarette pizza had sun dried tomatoes instead of fresh and some burnt basil leaves. The tomato sauce doesn't taste like tomatoes, but is a spicy sauce. 12" pepperoni, 18" margarette, and large Greek salad, was $64. More than half is going in the garbage. What a dissapointment!

Raganelli's Pizza & Sandwiches truly has the best sandwiches of Bend. Since they opened, I've been a eating there, and it's no surprise why. Their sandwiches are undeniably the best around, always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The bread is made there and the taste tells the tale. The calzones are equally impressive, packed with sausage and mushrooms and perfectly baked. Whether you're grabbing a bite before a long hike or fueling up for a cross-country ski adventure, Raganelli's delivers every time. The quality and taste of their food make every visit a delight.
