Amazing ribeye. Fantastic cocktails. Michael, our server, was spot on with recommendations for portions and pairings. Finished with the pannacotta that was excellent. We had an amazing time. No notes.

Don't get the grass fed ribeye.

Great place for a special dinner. The flavors from the kitchen were original and incredible. The meats were beautifully flavored and prepared, but the sides including the hush puppies (usually not a fan), potatoes bravas (just like the chef owner’s old Tasty n Alder), and polenta with short ribs were incredible. Looking forward to returning here at regular intervals/special occasions. Everyone was incredibly welcoming of a family with a young infant. Total props to the entire staff for accommodating a tired kiddo and in particular Geoff and Derrick! <3

Kid-friendliness: Has high chairs, staff very accommodating to a family that needed to pay sooner than typical. Everyone was so friendly to our young family. This alone in a place that caters to higher end dining in town will make us patronize this place again and again. Thank you RBC and to Geoff in particular!

Unexpectedly in Bend and snagged a table at the chef’s counter. Our serve Klay was extremely knowledgeable of the menu items and made some excellent suggestions. The steak is incredible but that burger is a religious experience! Highly recommend!

I went to this restaurant to celebrate my friend's birthday. I'd never been, but it was delicious!! Service was wonderful and food was exquisite!! Delicious and fun atmosphere!!

The BEST steak I've ever had!!! We tried their sauces just to try them, delicious but not needed. The steaks! The best in the West! You'll definitely want to make reservations and plan ahead! We went to celebrate my husband for his birthday. Party of 4. We already have another reservation on the books! Everything from service, drinks, appetizers to our steaks was top notch and delicious! I only wish the seating/atmosphere was different. It's loud and feels similar to a cafeteria the way the tables are set up. Hoping they get a new spot one of these days! Even with that said, we will go again and again! Well worth the money spent here! Bravo RBC!

Very Nice!
We took some friends out for a celebration and we're not disappointed. The Grass fed rib eye steak was tasty. The lobster was really good! All the sides, especially the Brussel sprouts; were very good. The bone marrow followed by a whiskey shot was interesting. Thank you!
