This is a cool little spot I like the atmosphere but the drinks were ok but had way too much ice and couldn't taste it much and the food was lower quality over I gave it 3 stars because of the atmosphere

Amazing!! Great food, unbelievable drinks, top shelf staff and spot on decorating and ambience!! I love tiki bars, and this was the best one I’ve ever been to!

Drinks were not good, and tasted almost rotten. The waiter was very accommodating and offered to get us different drink options but even those were not good. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend!

Bad experience tonight...and on a birthday...made reservations in advance and when we got there was told it was last call (closing early)...when told had reservations then sheepishly told by host that they forgot to look due to lack of staffing..host was then kind but bartender was obviously already wanting to go home, no welcoming greeting..host tried to make small talk but we felt a burden for the bartender ..honestly, as tiki bar hoppers the drink flavor was off as well..for the price of drinks you come for the experience and atmosphere, this killed it so we cut out after one..im sorry if the bartender was 'done' but they had two parties that stayed longer than we did and again reservations that could have been cancelled electronically or with a call if they wanted to close early - sad way to end the day and sad we wont feel comfortable coming back with other options in Bend.

This place has no business being this good! We stopped in for drinks and I usually don’t order food out since I have a few food allergies and am generally just picky. They have a lot of gluten free options and are also very accommodating to the rest of my allergies. Everyone who has served us has been great! The drinks are delicious, and the food is friggin fantastic. The fried chicken and the banana wontons are my new go-to. The poke is a close runner up.

If you are a NA drinker get the pain killer NA or the Piña colada NA . We also ordered the ribs and they were perfectly cooked. We had to wait about 45 mins but we got the first rack out of a fresh batch and it was worth it. Sit in the main room if you can.

I love tiki bars and was really excited to have one in Bend. I love the escapism of a tiki bar, but not enough to suffer through weak poorly made drinks. I guess I'll have to make my tiki drinks at home and visit tiki bars when I go to other towns.

Edit: previous review still stands for the online ordering system being BROKEN but we did finally eat here again (it had been a while since we last dined in here) and the chicken and coconut rice was delicious so I'm changing my rating from 1 star across the board!__________________________________________DO NOT TRY TO ORDER ONLINE! We called the restaurant and a recording says orders must be placed online. So we ordered online and waited and waited for a follow-up email after the "we received your order" email. Drove to the restaurant after 30 minutes only to be told that their "online ordering company has shut down" and they finally cancelled our order while we were waiting for it AT the restaurant! UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE AND PHONE RECORDING TO THAT EFFECT PLEASE!! They were also completely out of chicken - seriously?! It was 7:30 on a Saturday night and you only have 6 menu items! So we had to scramble to find food last minute, a lot of places stop serving at 8 pm even on a Saturday. Really bad experience and not even an apology.

Fantastic atmosphere , outstanding service , delicious food and drinks . I'm so happy I came here for my Birthday ! The only thing I wish that was different was the music that was played in the background .

Very cute place for a cocktail and a snack. The prices were...silly. $14 for 2 egg rolls cut in half diagonally... really?!?! Other items seemed a little better price per portion. Great decor though!Vegetarian options: Only 1 vegetarian option on the menu unless u want rice....

Wait time for a single drink was outrageous. Had to repeat my order to the waiter multiple times. He insisted we order more and we told him “no” numerous times. Atmosphere is sub-par for a Tiki Restaurant. The menu is alright at best. Bad part of menu is limited selection. (This place is more drink focused than food) Girlfriend wanted to go to this location for weeks and we finally made it! Sadly, not gonna return. Don’t trust their website. Numerous times it said they were open and we drove from Redmond to see them closed! Honestly we miss Level 2! (Restaurant before this one) We asked for a booth and we’re denied because a “party” We left before the party got there and honestly it’s a disappointment in and of itself.

Waited about 15 minutes at the table before we were greeted with water, we ordered as soon as we could but drinks took close to 45 minutes to reach the table, once we got them they looked awful. Not a single fruit for garnish (the server just said, “we ran out of fruit so the drinks look boring”). I work as a server, if this were to happen at my place of employment we’d be giving discounts for the inconvenience of receiving a bland drink. We were never checked on again and had to request to pay out. At which point we were given checks with a 20% auto gratuity which is fine considering we were a 6-top but the server didn’t announce this or make us aware of it at all. The way it was handled seemed shady and sneaky, as if they didn’t want us to know about the auto-grat.Being in the restaurant industry made this experience absolutely painful, this was my 3rd visit and I’m sad to say we won’t be returning because the service continues to be awful. The drinks are very mediocre for the price especially when you wait 45 minutes for what taste like the leftover spillage of the bar mats with no garnish.
