We had a great Birthday dinner for my grandson tonight, 3/20/25. Our server did an incredible job with our party of 11. Thank you!

Honestly really disappointed. This used to be my favorite spot for dinning out in Bend and now the quality of everything has just really gone down hill. My last visit, everything from the chicken inside of my wrap, to the fries were cold and dried out - I've had better quality food from fast food restaurants than this. The people working here are nice but don't really check in to refill drinks or really anything for that matter. Don't really feel like I want to return again or recommend this place.

It is not like it used to be. Burger was dry, milkshake was as thin as milk, and looked to be only one waitress (we had snow that morning, so probably some no-shows). She was working her tail off.

Service is painfully slow. After moving to the front of the line because the two women in front of me gave up and left, I still had to wait an interminably long time just to sit down. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you have anywhere you would like to remotely be on time for afterward. Food is fine.

Waitress was super nice. Food was disgusting. It got delivered to our table cold. When we said our food was cold, they did bring us more fries..... soaking in grease. But they were hot.

went today for lunch and nothing but disappointing. All 3 orders of boneless wings showed up with old nasty chips and cold sauce, wasn't even warm inside. cheap microwave bacon on a mediocre burger with old nasty cold fries that have been sitting a while. save your money and eat somewhere else.

My child and friends (teenagers) went in while on a shopping trip to the Old Mill. They ordered fries, then were told they couldn't eat inside unless they ordered a full meal. What? It wasn't busy, plenty of open tables, and it's winter. Shameful behavior.

I will never eat here again. My friend and I both ordered the chicken tenders and fries and within 15 minutes we both were feeling extremely sick. Stomach cramps, pain, and extreme nausea. Felt terrible. The biggest waste of $28 ever.

The cost has become ridiculous, like most places, super crazy busy. There going to be busy no matter what, but remove one table, or rearrange the table lay out, something.

This was my first experience at a Red Robin in Bend. The thing about Bend and central Oregon - there are 1000 brew pubs. And they all seem to serve the same thing: a burger that is 6" tall and hard to eat. But I really enjoyed our experience here. Perfect burger, prepared just as I requested. Ample patty, bun that held up to the patty and condiments. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Parking was easy. Definitely "do-again". Great Margie, by the way - not too sour, not too sweet.

Good place to eat as always, the food was excellent, but our server seemed to be in a hurry to get us out. We no more than sat down that she was already asking what we wanted to eat.

We have 2 kids, so it takes us a couple seconds to get them squared away, I believe inexperience/ anxiety may have contributed.

It's a cool place to go next to the river, Just need the servers to let off the gas a bit!

Just got home from dinner. We had not been to Red Robin in a minute. That was awful. I got the clucks and fries, husband got the Whiskey River burger and fries. The chicken strips were so well done that I had issues chewing it. the fries were ice cold. I was charged .75 cents for a side of BBQ sauce to dip my chicken in. We just had water, took the server until we were reay to leave to bring a refill of water. She never checked on us once. It's safe to say that we will not return ever.
