Waited 90 minutes for food, when we reviewed it it was warm not hot. Staff is friendly but overworked. Edited 11-1-25 ; service I bump up a star as well as overall. The management replied to my rating in a fast friendly manner and showed genuine concern. This goes a long way in my estimation to improve the overall experience I had. Thank you for taking constructive criticism in the right way keep doing what you do, I'm sure the next time I eat here it will be much improved. 😊

We were seated very quickly. They asked what drinks we wanted and those came at a decent pace. The fries are amazing and I loved the sauces that came with the fries! However, we had to wait a while for our food. I ordered the sunset drink and the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich. The drink was really good but the sandwich was not. It tasted like they just straight up squirted honey on it and called it a day (and it looked like it too.)They added jalapeños at the bottom which was fine but definitely NOT how it should be made. This was my first time ever at a Red Robin so I'll give it another chance. I hope you guys change your recipe for the sandwich to make it better.

Just tried to come for dinner. Was sat in a booth, with people on either side. After sitting there for over 15 mins without being greeted, nobody coming to our table, waitresses and bussers passing our table cleaning the tables near us but being completely ignored, we decided to leave. Groups of waiters and waitresses standing around talking or on their phones, nobody even greeted us after 15 mins, we decided to leave and go down the street. Horrible service. Do not recommend.

Have tryed to order online a few times and everytime I fill out an order it says they are unavailable at this time, when I tryed to call in a pickup order I tryed multiple times and never got an answer. I then went to the restaurant to place my order, the girl at the front desk was nice and helpful but my total came to around $20 more than it was placed online for the exact same order. The food was ok, nothing special and not worth the price.
