Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

This place was a familiar name. I had no idea I would love it more than I anticipated. We requested outside and it was right on the river! Beautiful view for lunch!

If you order a milkshake make sure to say the size even though no where does it have sizes other then the kids size or regular. We asked where my daughter's tin was with the left over shake and we were told that we didn't order that size and that we could pay extra to get the tin that's half full. So we looked and looked more and there is one price for milkshakes. It was t very busy the server just didn't seen like she wanted to be there today. So we left without a fuss. But they need to remove all the signs that state you get the tin of extra shake when in fact you do not.

!!NO TAP TO PAY!!!!! Manager jason decided to call the security on me because I didn't pay fast enough mind you, (I wasn't finished with my food at all. I still have a burger and fries in front of me)and I had to figure things out.
Wouldn't even give me a chance to call anybody or anything. Just decided to just call security so please don't come here if you have only tap to pay. So disrespectful and very embarrassing. I was told there's a sign on the door. But there's not…. so why hound me about it and embarrass me infront of an entire restaurant….. yeah will never come back here again.

they ignored us the whole time leaving a very bad experience. Our server walked past us multiple times without taking our order. I noticed the table next to us getting extra special treatment as if they worked there. As someone that works in this field there is improvement that needs to be made

We normally love Red Robin, but not this time. My food came out cold, my son's food came out without his side of ranch. We also asked for a separate basket of fries when we placed our initial order. It took us several times of asking for the ranch and basket of fries before they came out. The table had something sticky on it. The server said she would come right back to wipe the spot off, but never did. Overall very poor service and not great food.

The booths were a little dirty, and a spider crawled on our indoor booth. I know they can't always help it, but it made me look closer at the booth, which was dirty.

Worst restaurant experience I’ve had in my life. It was my buddies bday as well and they never did the bday experience when they said they would. Took over 20 minutes to get us waters, took another 30 for food to come out, when the food did come out half our order was wrong or missing, we asked the server to send the waiter out, one never came, we grabbed a hostess to send a waiter out, one never came. We finally found our waiter and asked for a bill and it was another 20 minutes till that came. All they offered was to comp the stuff that came out incorrectly. We ordered bottomless food and they did not come out once to check on us for a refill. All this on a bday celebration. Not coming back again.
