This use to be Roberto’s then Rigoberto’s and now maybe a couple others. I’ve always been confused how they all have different names but then read the wiki once and I guess Roberto’s is the A-team stores and others are the B/C/D teams.
Anyways, I’d give this some A-team Roberto’s vibes even though we have a few extra letters in there. The parking lot gets flooded, but all in all great place will return.

The chilaquiles were amazing. I recommend the green ones with chorizo. The food is prepared to order and is done quickly. The restaurant has plenty of staff on hand making the service excellent.

Driving from California to Washington we drove through Bend we are always looking for a hidden gem and we definitely found it here. Fast and friendly service, perfect portions that were delicious and very affordable. Stop and try it!
