Another review discusses getting an off-menu grilled cheese. When we visited in July 2025, that was not available - the cashier spoke to the cook and reported that they can’t do off-menu items because then they’d have to support special orders during busy times. Since nothing else worked for our kids, we ended up getting just granola bars, which was a disappointment.
The food at the Rimrock Cafe is very good quality and made fresh. It is counter service - you order at the cashier and they will bring the food out to your table. They have indoor & outdoor dining - however due to the rain while we were there the patio seating was closed.
They have sustainable options - no to go cups, coffee is served in mugs and their to go containers are biodegradable.

I can tell they really care there. We love to order the grilled cheese and tomato soup but turns out that’s a winter item but the General Manager (I believe that was his role) made an accommodation for us because he still had the right bread and avoiding a very disappointed toddler. It was really kind of him and the staff to prepare a delicious grilled cheese for us. Plus, they had blood orange lemonade and tropical iced tea … simply delicious as an Arnold Palmer and it’s...
