I have celiac and was excited to try this place. When I went to order I confirmed that everything is gluten free, they said yes and I then asked if the oats were certified gf. They said they didn’t know. I ordered my main and went to sit outside, I came back in 30 or so minutes later to order a dessert. The two employees were arguing pretty loudly in the back. One of them made eye contact and went back to arguing. Eventually they came to help us out but it was very unprofessional and uncomfortable.
I went with a friend who loves it and our main courses were good. My dessert the choco coco bar was not good. I’ve eaten at many raw food places and it really missed the mark. My friend enjoyed the mango cheesecake but almost spit mine out when she tried it.
I know this is a small business and I hate to leave a less than stellar review but seeing the employees arguing was bad.

The food was so fresh and delicious. I miss healthy options like this and I really wish they were in Portland but I can see how business would be better out here. I will make sure to stop by when in town again.

Used to be one of our favorite spots in Bend. It’s not the same at all, we couldn’t even eat more then two bites it tastes so odd/off. Apparently under new ownership. Can’t even order a custom juice anymore.

Stopped in to Salud for dessert. The vanillacker raw cheesecake was one of the best I’ve ever had. Decided to get a smoothie too and it felt healthy and was tasty. Went back the next morning for a smoothie bowl. A great choice too. I wish I was local so I could be a regular patron. Thanks for the great treats!

Salud has been my favorite restaurant for over 8 years and still continues to rank #1 in my books! I do miss some of the earlier offerings and found a new favorite with the Rockin Tacos. Try the deserts as you will be amazed at how creamy and delicious they are 💙

Amazing! Wish I knew about them sooner. I had the rawkin tacos that were enormous and outstanding. It is in a nice shady spot tucked away from the street. I will be back!
Amazing and innovative smoothies and treats. Handmade Vegan options like Plant milks of Hemp or Almond milk. Also, Vegan Spicy Tuna Nori rolls. Savory toast is absolutely 💯 delicious. I can say you want to eat here for sure, a do not miss it kind of restaurant.

What a special place! Salud serves some of the freshest and most delicious food I’ve ever had, everything just bursts with flavor. Their tomatoes and basil transports me back to eating food from my grandmother’s garden. The attention and care that goes into each dish and drink is apparent. You’ll find every color of the rainbow and the portions are generous. The owner and employees are so kind and passionate about serving high quality, great tasting healthy food. So glad to support this business and look forward to trying everything on the menu!
