The Chicken Bacon BBQ sandwich was amazing, even though it was missing the BBQ sauce it was still really good, one of the best meals I've had in a while and for a good price- I did get the wrong sandwich at first but they were happy to fix the problem and did it quickly, definitely will be going back!

Great food, clean restaurant and excellent staff service. I had a Smoked Turkey sandwich with a bowl of Chicken Noodle soup. Both were outstanding. It's been years since I've been able to have a Schlotzky's sandwich. The one in Bend, Oregon was certainly worth the wait.
ordered a basic turkey sandwich, not extremely hard to mess up but the produce on it was nasty and tasteless man. smoked turkey tasted like burnt rubber oof. bread was very dry and they forgot the cheese on it. first time trying them out and never spending my money there again. also sent me with the wrong soup and what they sent me with was tomato basil, which tasted like a cup o grease and no basil involved LOL. very disappointed bro, rough.

My order always seems to get messed up, I really don’t understand why they have so much trouble with it. Missing food items that are clearly on my receipt. The Mac and cheese should be listed under soups because it is basically nacho cheese soup with a few macaroni elbows in there. It made me sad to throw away a full tub of Mac and cheese, but it was inedible. *edited as I’m eating* I thought they got one item in my order right, but after a few bites I was sadly mistaken. Literally every item in my order was messed up or missing. Super bummer and will not be back. There goes $29 down the drain for a terrible experience.
