This place was absolutely wonderful. It's geared towards guests who want to enjoy the outdoors ( which I didn't get to do because I was there on business ), but it was quite lovely all the same. The room had a hammock, a bike rack to hang your bike on the wall, a boot/shoe dryer, and a Yeti cooler. It was so cozy and comfortable. The gal at the front desk was super nice. They have fire pits ( she was making smore kits for everyone ). They even have swag in each room you can take home with you. There are so many more amenities I can't remember them all to list. I will definitely be back when I have more time!
The front desk were fantastic! The accommodations were wonderful
My company utilized Loge Bend for our Leadership Team Offsite. Our day of experience (times two days) was exceptional and welcoming. The staff played with our pups, made sure we had everything we needed, were super amenable to our asks and they seemed genuinely pleased we were there. Our company is local, so we didn't stay in the overnight rooms, but their meeting space just off the cafe was great. My only reason for the 4/5 stars in service was because I expected more consistent pre-event communication. That said, it all worked out and they had what we needed when we got there. Will totally be back!
Location is great, one star for that, but be sure to check your billing. They promoted heavily a “stay 2 nights, get a third free” rate so I booked. They overcharged me on my initial charge, which they did refund after I asked why my credit card didn’t match what I’d booked. Then they added on an extra $325 after checkout. No one could explain why, no one responded to my concerns, so I guess I’m left with disputing it with my bank and sharing a bad review. Will not stay again at any of their locations with the way they handled this, the location and price were the selling points.
Great location and the only place I'll ever stay if traveling with our dogs because of the area trails!
I took my girlfriend here to propose, and we loved it so much that it sold us on getting married in Bend next year and booked this as our venue!
We love this place! We've been staying here since the eighties being as it's so close to the mountain but this was our first stay as a LOGE Motel and by far our favorite stay. The staff was so welcoming and very helpful. The hammocks in the room were pretty cool and the room was clean. We also loved the outdoorsy vibe. This just might be our go to place in Bend from now on and highly recommend it to others.
Great place minor hot water issue
The concept of Loge is awesome and there’s clearly been a lot of thought put into the outdoor spaces of the property. That’s where it stops though. This is two star so I didn’t expect anything grand, but regardless of the type of motel, I do expect things to be clean and safe and for you to do what you say you will.
1- Cleanliness: The room was dirty with a very orange moldy shower curtain.
2 - Safety: This place is a fire waiting to happen and there’s no way it’s up to code. They had microwaves and electric kettles plugged into light duty extension cords that were draped across the wall. You should never plug either appliance into this type of extension cords. See photos for further details.
3 - The room was poorly stocked when we got there and didn’t include the in “free take home amenities” package that is promised in the description of the room. There were no toiletries, coffee or toilet paper (though supposedly included per the description). I texted the front desk the next morning with a list of things that seemed to be missing. They apologized and said they’re bring it all right over. We left for breakfast and when we came back, only some of what we requested was delivered. The “free take home amenities” package was delivered but the items were used and I suspect they never actually include it, but because we asked for it, they scrambled to collect whatever they could find and put it in a bag.
The location can’t be beat with trails all around including one straight to the river. The staff were pretty much non-existent minus one very friendly, middle aged gentleman that seemed attentive and took pride in his work.
This was my first stay at Loge and I’m not sure if it might be my last. For the price of the room (it was high because it was high season, a weekend and a high demand one at that due to shows at the amphitheater), I expected more and there is never an excuse for safety issues.
An observation: Loge partners with some high end outdoor gear and product companies, which also increased my expectations of the quality of the Loge brand and property. Yeti, Rumpl, Kammok hammocks, Traeger Grills, Specialized bikes. Unfortunately the Loge brand is actually low end, poorly renovated, dirty and unsafe. I’m honestly surprised some of these brands would partner with them based on the condition of the rooms. We weren’t the only ones with issues of cleanliness, disrepair, unsafe conditions and a poorly stocked room. We spoke to a couple of our neighbors while staying there and they all had similar complaints.
I mean. It's old. Overpriced. Two of the gas fireplaces didn't work. The AC was very loud and I mean very loud. The floor felt a bit Dusty. All the fixtures in the walls and everything looked old. I thought this place was worth half the rate. Nothing charming about the hot tub enclosure.

The concept is great but the service does not deliver. Check in was at 4 we did not get into our room until 4:45. We stayed three nights and each day at check-in time we witnessed other people having the same experience of the code for door being wrong, room not ready, etc, etc. The excuses changed with time.
Works well as an adventure base. For example they have a bike cleaning station and the rooms are set up in a way that favors bringing gear in and out.
Also works well for multi-family group events. Everyone can have their own space but still mingle at the pool and patio.
WOW! What an unforgettable experience!
LOGE completely blew us away. From start to finish, everything felt effortless, fun, and full of adventure. The mountain bike rentals and hammocks in the room were the perfect bonuses that took our trip to the next level, but the real magic came from the people.
April at the front desk was an absolute rockstar! She didn’t just check us in, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, cared for, and right at home. It’s rare to meet someone who leaves such a lasting impression, but April did exactly that. Because of her our stay went from amazing to absolutely unforgettable.
We’re officially hooked, LOGE fans for life and already planning to explore every single location.
Great motel just on the edge of Bend is so cool and reasonably priced. Wish I had more time to enjoy the amenities. Arrived late on a weekday for a one night stay and loved the grounds layout with multiple fire pits, cornhole boards and awesome BBQ area. Nicely decorated rooms were geared towards mountain bikers and skiers/snowboarders with bike & ski racks in the room and a hammock that I wish I would have tried out. Pricing through the LOGE Camps website was the best available. Will be coming back on future pit stops through Bend.
We love this little getaway! It has that cozy camping feel with endless activities nearby. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We enjoy the trails right off the property, a heated pool and jacuzzi, and a welcoming café offering drinks, beers, and snacks. Your stay also includes access to bikes, paddle boards, and river floats that are included in the resort fee—super fun and unique.
