It's hard to find a good sushi place when you're in unfamiliar territory. This was a great find! The food was very fresh and delish! The sake was also good. The service was exemplary! Love this place. I only gave a 4 star for service because there is one server that has never been friendly or welcoming. I tend to get her often. Other than that they are all so wonderful. She his is my go to sushi place.
From the moment we stepped into Shinsei, we were embraced by an atmosphere of warmth and attentiveness but nothing could have prepared us for the divine experience that is Ryan. To simply call him a server would be an injustice.
