Shred town is the best food truck in Central Oregon! I love all their locations, can’t say enough about the staff, food, and everything they do. We’ve been eating there for over 10 years, and they’ve been excellent and ever evolving since their inception.

Food was a good portion, flavors were very bland.

I appreciate an eatery that can keep the simple things simple, but do those things very well. I had the Cuban today, and this is a sandwich rarely fails to please. I hold yours near the top of that list. First off, your pulled pork was great. Not dry. Great flavoring letting the pork do some of the lifting. Light on the stone ground mustard was appreciated as it was an added layer and didn't distract from the rest of your sandwich. Really a great sandwich. I'll be back.

Got the veggie yakisoba noodles as is. Was too salty and the noodles just weren’t that great, maybe overcooked? Not far off from the frozen microwave yakisoba I make at home. All the veggies on their own (zucchini, broccoli, pickled onions) were really good, service was good too and fast. Probably won’t be eating here again though, food was overall disappointing.

We were “stranded” in Redmond during a severe weather event and Wild Ride Brewing was the most walkable place to eat. What an amazing place we discovered! Shred Town was our go- to cart, they have some amazingly tasty food…hello asada burrito, chips, pico, guac, and tortilla soup!!! ? The food itself had me making a mental note to be sure everyone in the area and beyond knows about this place, however what made me sit down and take the time to write this review was not all of the amazing food we had from this cart over the last week- it was the quality of people that served us! If you are in the Redmond area…come grab a cold beverage at Wild Ride Brewing and then fill your belly with some awesomely delicious food being served by some awesome individuals at the Shred Town food cart!!!

As well and the service and atmosphere of the place was fine when it comes down to it. It was food. I asked for chicken, got pork. On top of that let me preface this with nothing on the food items that I got am I allergic to and within 5 MINUTES of eating I vomited all my dinner and previous lunch. Not eating here

It was alright. Made my wife sick because of her gluten sensitivity, may have been cross-contaminated because we ordered a gluten-free menu item. They had the only gluten-free eating options at the location.
