Sisters Coffee Company - Old Mill

A good breakfast place for coffee, pastries and breakfast items. Friendly customer service. It can get crowded inside, not much of a seating area so kinda difficult to find seating. They have outside seating though and great for warm sunny days. They have cute merchandise like T shirts, sweatshirts, coffee and paintings and prints for sale.

Sisters Coffee Company is a great place for breakfast/lunch. We haven't tried their coffee but considering the amounts of people that came over to buy coffee in the short time we were there I can imagine it being very good coffee.

They have beautiful locations where you can sit and enjoy your coffee. The only issue is that their coffee is so tasteless and bland. It has absolutely no flavor.... It's missing the complex flavor notes of other coffee brands unfortunately

Cute coffee shop. They put some cute coffee art on my latte which was unexpected. There was a really, really long line so the wait was unfortunate. Especially, if you ordered food. But they had really nice staff and fresh coffee. I loved the outdoor seating too.

Had really high hopes for the coffee, sadly did not hit the mark. Coffee was lacking flavors, the matcha tasted like milk. They offer not very many flavors to choose from including 0 sugar free choices. Really disappointed with the taste and quality of beverages. We got 5 total and each one was not enjoyable

Popped in for some coffee here in Bend. It’s a cute coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating. Great for people watching as well. They also have pastries that looked amazing!!

Went inside was just hit by glares by employees. Tried to order and was walked away from ignored and employees pretended I wasn’t there. I walked out and left. Recommend you go somewhere where staff will treat you kindly.

There will most likely be a line in the morning when they first open. This location is cute, and quaint. They have a wide variety of drink and food options. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. There is seating available, but it fills up fast. This is located within the Old Mill outdoor shopping mall so there is plenty of parking, which means that they are typically pretty busy! The mocha I ordered was fantastic and their breakfast options are delightful. No bathroom inside the shop, but there is one just around the corner, behind the store for public use with multiple stalls for the ladies.

We bought a couple bags of the Black Bute Sisters Dark Roast beans, but the coffee wasn’t good. It looked like saw dust when we ground up the beans. So I attempted to return the second bag of beans in an unopened bag with the receipt a few days later. The supervisor on duty at the Old Mill location said they don’t allow returns. I asked why and she said it was the company policy to not allow beans to be returned. I told her I would buy more coffee and food for a credit… nope just shut me down. I went outside and looked on the company’s website and they offer a 30 day return policy on unopened beans! I emailed the company asking to them to honor their policy and no response. I can afford to throw away a $17 bag of coffee, but I shouldn’t have to waste my money AND be treated like an inconvenience for a subpar product.

It’s not ok to treat your customers like this.

Cool seasonal options and nice location. O had the iced orange zest latte with oat milk and it was unique and refreshing.

This is one of my favorite coffee companies. Their London fogs, their metolious chai lattes, their nitro cold brew are all amazing! Staff is always pleasant! Decent atmosphere
