The shop is nice and has a nice PNW artsy feel. Unfortunately I just don't like their coffee much. I acknowledge I am not a coffee snob but I find their coffee a bit wanting in the flavor department--which probably means more sugar.

Love their coffee and breakfast burritos. If you really want a treat, try the caramel bourbon latte. It’s perfection.

I am someone who loves Coffee and has worked in the coffee industry for many years. I am very impressed with Sisters coffee in the old mill. I recall when it was strictly organic and I feel that has, been a huge improvement. Every time I visit, the staff is sweet, knowledgeable, and efficient. It has a Homie vibe, but also the bustle of a booming city. Definitely recommend that anyone stop in and try it out!
Incredibly friendly staff, quick service and a very cool atmosphere that lends itself to hanging out. Phenomenal coffee, and many beans and blends of coffee to buy to make at home. I found the staff highly knowledgeable in the country of origin of their beans, altitude and specific taste notes of the different bean varieties they sell. Top notch experience, top notch staff and product!Dietary restrictions: Options for lactose intolerant folks, vegans and standard milk consumersKid-friendliness: Nice indoor and outdoor seating options. Very clean bathrooms.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat entry

Excellent latte, decent bagel but way too skimpy with the cream cheese and sadly they were out of something so unable to make breakfast sandwiches the day we stopped in for breakfast. Perfect location though if you're anywhere near old mill and want an easy place to grab coffee.
