Been here twice and both times it was excellent. The best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. It is a food truck so not much in the way seating. Fast and friendly service. Overall 5 stars!!!

This is - in my opinion - the best food truck in Bend. Everything is made fresh and is always so flavorful. The woman who owns the truck is friendly. Our favorites are the chili verde breakfast burrito (add beans!) and the gorditas. One breakfast burrito cut in half is a great snack for two people. They close up for winter, and when they reopen in the Spring we usually are so excited that we find ourselves there 2-3 times a week 😂

I had just finished playing pickleball at Pine Nursery . It was after 10 am and I was hungry for a breakfast burrito . Recently, I discovered Sol Verde . They have breakfast and lunch burrito's among other mexican items. . They are open from 8 am until 2 pm everyday except Sunday . They have a New Mexico flaire which I had never had and was willing to try something different.
I tried the CARNE ADOVADA- Pork in red sauce, eggs, potatoes, cheese,
tomato,...
